Yes, Trump's doctor who is also an Admiral and White House physician - with a letter from President Trump. Actually, no longer Trump's doctor that other doctor should have already turned the medical records over to Trump's new doctor. Instead, bitter that the President did not make White House lawyer, was illegally divulging Trumps' medical records to the press in clear violation of doctor-patient confidentiality and in violation of HIPAA laws. That doctor should lose his medical license of it.

The raid occurred two days after the doctor told the world he proscribed hair growth medication (Propecia) to Trump.

 

The nutty doctor also prescribed medication for rosacea to Trump. And statins for the obese bastard.

Who owns the records? The Physician. Per law.

While I stated in the other thread, there may have been privacy violations, it is not legal to raid a doctors office and seize his property outside the law.

There are legal methods to approach this, and without a doubt, Trump's bodyguard / goons violated the law.

 

Exactly...SHS was trying to spin this today as routine gathering of the presidents medical records, which most people would buy... However, to use that as a legit argument, I'd have to believe they should have been gathered during the transition, and not by the presidents bodyguard, who I assume is a large man.

The physical medical record actually belongs to the physician who created it and the facility in which the record was created. The information gathered within the original medical record is owned by the patient. This is why patients are allowed a COPY of their medical record, but not the original document.

Ergo, Trump's henchmen are criminals and executed a crime of robbery. Should add more fun to an already fun summer.
