The Conservatives in Supreme Court have the arguments and the votes, but they have already made it clear they have no interest, which beings me back to my original point about GOP NOT having the desire to ban it. They prefer to keep it legal, because it is a powerful political tool for them.

That still won't make abortion illegal.....it's not even an argument...
You are right on schedule with the personal attack....:)… most Anti-Rights people generally do devolve to that when they realize they have no facts/case/argument...that's worth anything.

You couldn't be bothered to read a fact :
    B. NO ONE IS OBLIGATED TO USE BIRTH CONTROL.

Well a few righties think the only way to stop them is to kill these INCONVENIENT "precious lives"

Oh? That's not what those righties said.

Now, back to the topic of how righties "value" those "precious lives".....

Just like how if you fall while climbing, you just have to live with those injuries. It’s your responsibility. You can’t go to the hospital and have them medically corrected because you don’t want to live with the consequences.

I haven't seen any arguments that would remove half the population's right to their own bodies.

But you are correct when you say Repubs have used the abortion issue to gain votes and don't really want it to go away.

It was a conservative court that confirmed RvW. Even conservative justices have to follow the Constitution..

    .

    I never said that.

    Only if it's a fetus.

I NEVER mentioned women and rape.

...and youyr sentence didn't make any sense..

Hilarious.... don't let anyone enter your house? :)

In real "reality" humans do NOT stop having sex.

Yup, and one way is abortion.

That is EXACTLY what a woman does who has an unwanted pregnancy!

    .

The history of the world proves that humans will not stop having sex....

    I didn't say it was...

    .

    But they aren't for everyone.

Our culture hasn't done any such thing...

Well it seems you wil go to any lengths to justify your views. I’m fine with agreeing to disagree. You have what you need. It’s legal, common, and available. I’m not marching in the street or bombing abortion clinics so this is all academic anyway and likely a waste of time for both of us. Until next time, take care.

According to some people...... Ok, but how does this connect with Ben Carson and his comment about abortion?

    Oooooops.

Carson defends his research on aborted fetuses

    https://www.cnn.com/2015/08/13/politics/ben-carson-aborted-fetuses-research/index.html

Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson on Thursday defended his past use of tissue from aborted fetuses for medical research even as he continued to criticize Planned Parenthood.

The retired neurosurgeon said his research, which took place in 1992, does not conflict with his call to defund Planned Parenthood after several undercover videos surfaced that purportedly show officials with the organization working with research companies using tissue from aborted fetuses.
Jen Gunter, an obstetrician-gynecologist, wrote on her blog that Carson had co-authored an academic paper published in Hum Pathol, in which he described working with material "from two fetuses aborted in the ninth and 17th week of gestation."
In her blog post, Gunter sharply criticized the GOP presidential candidate.

"As a neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson knows full well that fetal tissue is essential for medical research," wrote Gunter, author of "The Preemie Primer," a guide for parents of premature babies.

Genius! Almost as good as his question about how Egyptians carried so much grain without dropping a single seed when they stored it in the Pyramids.

That's terrible. Consensual sex should always have the consequence of great pleasure.
