    Funny, I haven't seen any laws saying Americans are obligated to procreate ….

    Then where did you get the idea that "some" people are obligated to procreate?

    When looking into it further, I've learned they've since overturned that law, but most of the clinics that closed over the last six years have not re-opened and that for a state of it's size, there are only nineteen clinics that even perform abortions:

    ...and undoutably, that is still having an impact for those in legitimate medical distress.

    So obviously there will be less access to abortions around the country. So now what? Women will just illegally kill babies?
