    Theoretically, legally that's true, but in actual practice it's more murky.
    They're not going to let some small-time judge execute an arrest order for the President of the country, and in any case it would give any judge too much power.
    So the reality is these judges are often very reluctant make orders on the White House, and if they do sometimes the orders can just end up going ignored, in practice.

    The accusation that Hillary had destroyed records did not occur while she was a government employee,it was after she had resigned on Feb 1,2013.

    Wrong. Nothing came of it because unlike Trump the Clinton's actually did obstruct Justice and were successful in doing so. Because the neocons in charge really weren't interested in finding anything.

    Why didn't anyone go to jail? Why has no one been charged with a crime. Haven't Congressional Republicans been going on about all the crimes those opposed to Trump were supposed to have committed. Don't you ever get tired of being lied to.
