They never pled to perjury Yes that’s a type of non disclosure. Yes he grabbed a sleeping woman’s breasr and took a pic of it...without her consent. And yes you can grab a woman’s puss if they let you. The problem with Al is nobody let him I agree trumps doesn’t have non disclosures of him taking advantage of women She said no, but she resigned...odd. Kacenaigh didnr resign he fought it and let the investigation continue
I just read the rules this AM... seem fair enough to me... although I don't know why you specify rules in a gutter fight with gutter dwellers... The R's now have some power, but not the power to shut this down with their predictable ridiculous antics. The best they can hope for given their actions to date...
Democrats released a comparison chart for the Due Process rights that their proposal affords the President compared to previous Presidents in prior impeachment proceedings. As you can see Trump will be given the same, or more, Due Process Rights than previous Presidents. The proposal also includes a clever way to counter Trump's efforts to stonewall the investigation by including a proposal that if the President “unlawfully” refuses “to make witnesses available for testimony to, or to produce documents requested by” the committees currently leading the impeachment probe, the House Judiciary Committee chairman will have the right to deny the due process procedures outlined in the procedures. I put the over/under at about 10 seconds before the first Trump defender starts to bitch and moan about Due Process again.
LOL... I ignore all the Due Process whiners by now... I just read the D's are going to have 2 No votes on the Rules package today... Peterson of Minn and Van Drew of NJ.. Interesting that 2 D's will vote No, ALL R's will vote No, and the R's will be the ones screaming this is a strictly partisan process.... LMAO...
Whatever man. I'm done discussing whether either post is relevant. What do you, ArmySoldier, think of the Democrat's proposal for how the impeachment inquiry will proceed to the next stage? Well, not proposal because it passed in the House today. Resolution, I think.
The public phase of the impeachment inquiry is what this resolution governs. What do you think of the resolution?
"I think it has to go to the Senate" The Senate has nothing to do with the impeachment process. This House vote was for authorization for a Bill of Impeachment to be written and that then will be sent to the House Judiciary Committee for review. After that the full House will vote again on whether or not to send it to the Senate for trial.
"I think that you pray the Senate believes you" Apparently it doesn't matter if they believe it or not. Mitch has already said that it's dead in the water.
