That bully — statistically — is being abused at home or has an emotional trauma. They could be food insecure. There are dozens of mitigating factors that should absolutely be taken into account with a child. The “smaller” kid is a victim, but the bully could be also — or he could just be a bastard.

The club was closed on May 4th according to their facebook, the barber was open in defiance of the order.
Bars, clubs and barbers started opening last week and this week.

You can disagree with the order but the comparison is dishonest.

They are open today so of course their website says so.
Their facebook shows they were closed during the mandated closure period.
