If anything, conditions for the black community in the united states actually became worse during the administration of Barack Obama.

 

Only problem is that Trump had done more for the black community than the last 3 presidents combined. So another term? Can only do better, maybe. We all know where Biden stands with blacks as of late....

 

Besides continue the policies of the last President and give huge tax breaks to corporations and the super wealthy what has Trump done for anyone at all? Blacks have participated in the prosperity that Trump didn't cause though he takes credit for it but that is the only improvement in their status I can see.

$360 million grant to support Historically Black Colleges and Universities last year — by far the most that any president. Even Obama, never allocated that much money to black colleges.

Eliminated sentencing disparities in the criminal system set bt Clinton, and kept by Obama which disproportionately affected blacks.

I don't give credit to presidents for employment achievements as it can takes years or several presidents to start something, but you give credit to them for keepinf keeping unemployment low. It's easy to mess that up, he had done his job well by keeping it low.

These are not small things, especially if you are black. But you may still think otherwise, especially if you are not black.

 

They're trying to slip so many stupid things in the bill. It's almost like they're trying to make sure the GOP won't pass the bill.

That being said, I'm sure they'd still be happy to have an excuse to hand out free money, they usually are, but in this situation don't seem too inclined one way or the other. They are happy to play politics and see if the GOP is willing to swallow their poison pill and give into all their special budget demands.
