    I watched 30 episodes before I lost interest and I only understood recently that it was just at that point that they were getting into Dick's Reality Bending, which was always his real point with anything. I just HAVE to get back to it sometime.

    Going by his books and his biography EVERYTHING was Alternate History with him because Alternate Reality was the ONLY reality. That man lived a VERY strange and tragic life but the world got some really great books out of it.

    The hilarious part of the movie is that it asks whites to imagine a world where black people violated and harmed white people. I look at the crime stats and see 500,000 whites harmed by blacks every year and I do not have to imagine that world, I AM LIVING IN IT.

    Hollywood is increasingly insignificant. The only thing they do the earns them any money is produce superhero movie after superhero movie after superhero movie. I think this is getting a little tired and people are becoming fatigued.

    That and also their stupid little social justice movies are flopping, so the wedging it into the dying superhero genre.

    Don't go to the movies don't give them your money. Heather on the TV and watch old movies I recommend gladiator, that was a fantastic movie. The only thing you're going to see you at the theater is some superhero schlock that you seen a thousand times or ultra wealthy degenerates lecturing you.

    Yeah but it's a lot easier to make a realistic scenario of the Axis winning the war than one in which Africa is the dominate civilization. Frequently such books (and there are many) can make it work by changing one thing in the 40's. There isn't an easy "change one thing" historical moment to have Africans importing European slaves to the Americas.

    Gladiator was probably one of the best movies I've ever seen. If you have a good sound system, I highly recommend the two music score soundtrack CD.s Excellent.

    And I'll recommend Hacksaw Ridge (highly).
    They say Gibson adds too much gratuitous violence to his movies ... not this time.
    Watch the flick, and as the credits roll, open your laptop to Wiki, read the citation from the president. Gibson couldn't have put this story in a feature film, would have taken a miniseries.

    BTW -- Netflix does NOT offer this movie, but Bezos does.

    She may owe restitution but I am sure that no one will collect from her.
    We need to re institute the chain gangs and pay a fair salary and put that in escrow and used to pay victims.
