How concerned are you about masking up and social distancing? Can you please show me some post where you have zestfully complained about the tens of thousands of protestors and rioters and looters not practicing social distancing. Or maybe complained about how Cuomo of De Blasio have totally screwed the pooch when it comes to the death of thousands of nursing home residents in New York. How about any complaints that you have posted about the rioting that has been going on for more than two months in Portland that criticizes the lack of social distancing or use of masks? It's getting old seeing the massive amount of faux poutrage and hypocrisy from the left when it comes to what conservatives do while ignoring the massive amount of idiocy on their side. It's a glass house kinda thing.

 

I have said - repeatedly - that you should engage in social distancing and wear a mask at times when it is not always certain that you will be able to maintain social distancing from individuals who do not reside in your own home.

As it relates to the protesters, I have said those individuals are almost certainly aware of the risks they are taking (and many, including myself, are here to educate those who do are not aware of the additional risks) and that they are making the choice to attempt to create meaningful change to an issue which has existed for far longer and will likely continue to exist for far longer than this pandemic.

 

So, no, you don't have any posts that specifically rebuke protestors for not wearing a mask or not social distancing like you do post about conservative activities but are more than willing to be the papologist for protestors and rioters and looters when it comes to risky behavior when it comes to pandemic issues. Got it. You just flushed any validity that you had.

 

I have neither the time nor the interest to look through my ~40,000 posts to try and find a post that wouldn't make you any more likely to trust my opinion anyways.

But let's flip the script a bit and talk about an event that is about to happen - Sturgis. That isn't a political event and yet some ~200,000 are expected to show up. Do you have an opinion on those folks because I think that is some next levels of idiocy.

To editorialize for a second though... 'life' is a risk & the tired old mantra of ... "if it saves even one life - it's worth it" doesn't apply here, or very much ever... There are an untold amt of lives being lost & deleterious consequences to a myopic overreaction to one facet (aka shutdowns) that doesn't seem to be talked about or entered into the equation much...
