    That's funny, pretending this is about Trump. This started when blacks rioted over a hopped up junkie dying in police custody due to pre-existing heart conditions and RESISTING arrest. Funny how you folks can't seem to understand reality...

    It is completely unnecessary.

    This was an isolated act by a criminal.

    If ANY "blame" is to be assessed, Trump's Divisive Rhetoric is a good place to start.

    The left is to blame for this. They have been fermenting discontent against the police nation wide. All of it based on fake news and outright lies. The so-called leadership on the left supports rioters and looters over the police. That sort of thing emboldens killers like this. You folks own this one, you should have the good graces to admit it...

    Both sides have contributed to this nightmare. I wish we could get back to a point where we blame the actual perpetrators and not the political party. We only play into the hands of the politicians when we broadly blame the other side. They keep the public fighting among each other and that allows them to not have to talk about policies.

    Good points. I often am confused by how so many people seem to think it's all one side or the other. It just doesn't make sense. I am not saying that some issues are not political or certain points of view are not valid. It just seems like a ton of distraction and arguing for no real reason. We are all impacted, negatively or positively, by the choices we make as a society. It's beyond time we figure out a way to work together.

    That's the truth. Some may even compare it to how some feel about Hilary Clinton or Barrack Obama. It's an easy detractor - hate is powerful. Still, its up to how we react. I'm just pointing out that it's one of the oldest political strategies to pit the people against each other. It keeps the light off of them.

    Another truth - I typically don't post on the forum but a couple days every 9+ months or so. lol
