Biden will not answer until the subject has been polled with the voters. That way he will know what lie to tell.

The bill i referred to was named what I said...it was passed in 2017, but took effect for 2018 taxes

I am not aware of any promise later in 2018....maybe a promise to have more tax cuts...I have certainly heard him suggest he wants more

Your link..provides this quote from the President ""I do want to say that we're going to be introducing a tremendous health care plan sometime prior -- hopefully, prior to the end of the month. It's just completed now,"

Doesn't sound like a promise to me...sounds like he wants one and was hopeful they'd have something soon. This is why I don't trust headlines from fake news like CNN....I am sorry you got conned by the leftist propaganda into believe there was an actual promise....you should go to orginal sources...the propganda machine keeps feeding you misinformation

Joe's wranglers realize he can only juggle about two balls at once on a good day, and so Joe is under strict orders to ignore everything but "Obamacare good!" and "COVID bad!".

I'd have to drive out to our county government office which is much further away than our local polling station.

Was there a line where you voted?

No it's not...the ruling, as your link says "The Supreme Court ruled last month that the U.S. Department of Homeland Security failed to “provide a reasoned explanation” for its decision to end the program, a violation the Administrative Procedure Act."

The Admin can certainly end the EO, but they didn't do it properly under the APA. There is nothing in the ruling that says they can't change deadlines, or that they have to accept new applications...they just can't end what's currently in place until they do so properly under the APA...so they will...there isn't any reason to add more people to a program that is on the way out.

What needs to happen, is the Dems actually need to stop playing these children as pawns, and stop being obstructionist and pass some meaningful immigration reform ....that actually is lasting and will protect these children for the long haul, as the President has been pushing. When will the Dems do this?

We're in a supreme court escalating battle that both parties have been guilty of. Both are willing to change the rules the moment they feel like they have an advantage, and of course Biden isn't going to say anything until/unless he wins and he ends up with a majority Dem senate. It does no good for him to say anything before them, just like Republican like Graham pretended they'd be against electing a new justice in the last year before an election, but then changed their minds when the opportunity arose. They don't want to show their hand, but they'll all jump on the opportunity to press their advantage when they have it, and they will use accusations that their opponents have done the same to excuse it.

Democrats clearly started this with Bork, courtesy of Chappaquiddick Ted.

Yeah, we don't do early voting at the local polling places....just drove into town, about 15 mins...actually it's by my office so wasn't a big deal at all.

Social distancing small lines,, plenty of staff, would have been in and out in less then 10 mins but flirted with one of the staff, they were also handing out candy to kids that came, so I had to sweet talk my way into some

Everyone claims someone else started it, and "but they started" is equal parts lazy and a bad justification.

Then show me a similar episode to Bork prior to that, where a well qualified judge was denied using slander and lies.

I have no interest in the "but they started it" argument. My parents didn't even let me get away with that in elementary school, and I sure as hell won't buy it then. Let's say this was the very first such episode. It is still a bad justification.

Name me one time the GOP has personally attack the character of a Dem nominee? The way the left dragged Bork, Thomas, Alito, and Kavenaugh through the mud? People I would add that the Dems had no problems with and overwhelming support to Circuit positions.

    Name one....

Graham followed the rule that the Dems put in place in 92, by Biden, and reaffirmed in 07 by Chucky S. It doesn't apply today for two reasons 1) at the wish of the Dems, McConnell removed it in 19, and 2) in 92, 07 and 16 the Senate was run by the opposite party of the Oval, that is not the case this year. It would be unprecedented for a SCOTUS justice not be appointed in an election year, when the Senate is run by the same party as the Oval.

The only people changing rules, and have been changing rules over the last 20 years is the Dems, and it's come back to bite you. Had you not gone nuclear, had Biden and Chucky not given their rules, had you not made it a stated goal to filibuster all of Bush's judicial picks and did so......maybe things would be different

Trump is doing exactly what we voted for him to do. Its hillarious how dems make a big deal of all these little things that "Trump promised to do but didn't deliver". No one cares about those things that you all seem to think is a big deal. What he IS doing is preventing the left from bringing this country into the liberal hellhole that they want it to become. That is all we want for him to do, and he is doing great at it.

There really is no "they started it" arugment to have...the GOP hasn't done anything....they have merely followed the rules, or the rules that were changed by the Dems

What bargaining chip? What's the bargain? Why would you vote for someone who refuses to tell you what will be their policies especially on such a radical idea?

That's cool your son is casting his first vote. I get a kick out of Election Day, too.

We've had problems with the mail-in ballots in neighboring counties but the USPS hasn't been the culprit:

After that fiasco I decided to vote in person. Right now I'm leaning towards voting early but that could change.

Why is Libs answer to losing always is to just change the rules.

The Democrats started it with Bork and then continued with Thomas and then started the filibuster of nominees with Estrada, then eliminated the filibuster for their judicial nominees and then of course hit the pinnacle with Kavanaugh. The Republicans have learned their lessons and it's a no holds barred fight now. There's only two rules, the President nominates and the Senate consents the Democrats can pound sand now.

It should be against the law for a private group to send out ANYTHING as far as a ballot application or actual ballot and only a direct family member or guardian submit a ballot third party.

The Ruling does not require them to keep the same deadlines, or accept new people, they just can't end DACA until they go back through and follow the APA

    Sorry

You better believe we will add a dozen if dems try to pack the court with 2.

Long gone are the days of allowing dems to get away with power plays.

You are dealing with a stronger Republican Party. Whatever dishonest move you make we will bear down on the dems 10 fold.
