Why did he have a gun in his own hand if his intention was to take away Kyle's gun? Certainly that would be easier with two unencumbered hands, right?

That doesn't specify which shot was the fatal one. You kept harping on that point, so I (wrongly it seems) assumed that was based on something other than your guess.

 

Right it could have been the shot to the hand or maybe the superficial graze. Yep, those are fatal far more often than most people believe. I just foolishly wrote those off in favor of the shot through a lung and his liver just because those are vital organs. What on Earth could have come over me.

 

You apparently missed another critical injury:

I know you'd like the talking point that "the fatal shot was in his back", but that's a point that's still in doubt. If you were more honest and weren't trying to play politics with this so hard, you would have acknowledged that rather than digging yourself into a deeper hole.

The BLM/AntiFa apparently fired at least 16 shots into the air in an effort to panic the kid into spraying the crowd.
They clearly picked on the wrong kid - Rittenhouse only hit the deadly aggressors that posed an immediate threat. No collateral damage at all - astonishing.

There has never been any probable cause to arrest and hold Rittenhouse.

And if you had a different camera angle, you could see the large police presence just 2 blocks away. Everyone there had to be aware of all those flashers that close, at night, on a broad straight street. It was clear to all chasing Rittenhouse that he was running to the police. They were running directly at the presence!

No I maintain that the crimes committed after the first shooting were committed by mob participants. They wanted to prevent him from reaching the police. Cops should investigate those who fired the shots (probably meant to panic Rittenhouse) just before he shot the first guy (inducing panic/public endangering/illegal use of firearms), those who were attempting to gain allies among the crowd as they ran (inciting panic/public endangering), and the guy who took a swing at Rittenhouse just before he fell, and the guy who drop kicked him (assaults and murder because someone died during the commission of their felonies).

There are a couple of points in here that I hadn't realized before:

1) Rosenbaum was likely upset that people kept putting out the fires he was starting

2) He might have mistaken Kyle for another green-shirt-wearing man that had earlier smothered one of his fires with an extinguisher.

 

The FIRES Rosenbaum was starting at a GAS STATION.

And this pedophile is martyr to the left.

 

Compared to darling of the democrat party multiple convicted felon George Floyd, Rosenbaum is an amateur.

Nonsense. He had the gun pointed up. Nobody has ever in the history of shooting not pointed their gun on target as they close the gap in preparation of shooting. Never.

The video of the incident clearly shows Lefty drawing down on Rittenhouse, and he was only stopped because he was disarmed(pun fully intended).

Lefty even admitted after the incident that he wished he had emptied his gun into his intended victim.

 

That's idiotic. There's no evidence that Kyle Rittenhouse is a white supremacist. And everyone he shot was a white male (with a criminal record), including the convicted child molester, Rosenbaum (There's no "alleged" about it. He was convicted in Arizona for raping little boys.)

 

The "white supremacist" missed the one black guy who attacked him, but hit the three white guys.
