President Trump Wanted to Wear a Superman Shirt When He Left Hospital

    In a storyline right of the Superman comic books, President Trump initially wanted to show the world his inner fanboy and reveal a Superman T-shirt when he was released from the hospital this week.

    According to a report from the New York Times on Saturday, “In several phone calls last weekend from the presidential suite at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center, Mr. Trump shared an idea he was considering: When he left the hospital, he wanted to appear frail at first when people saw him, according to people with knowledge of the conversations. But underneath his button-down dress shirt, he would wear a Superman T-shirt, which he would reveal as a symbol of strength when he ripped open the top layer.”

    If this is Trump’s Superman fantasy, you have to wonder what his Batman one is like.

    When I was in the 5th grade, our teacher gave us an assignment, write a funny paper. Well, I was a fan of superman, so
    I thought I would do a spoof on him, it was entitled 'supersap' little did I know that 58 years later, he would be president.

    Is Trump really losing it, or is this just more whacked out Trump that we didn't know about? What's he going to be like after the drugs wear off? What if any damage/risk to his health has covid caused?

    Trump is supposed to be going on the road next week. He had a rough time today. Worst I've ever seen. I hope somebody has some damn control over him so he doesn't go having a stroke on stage. Seriously.

    It goes to fitness, which isn't something you'd impeach for. It's 25th Amendment stuff, which is why Pelosi and Democrats have been talking about it.

    Reality check. Biden has been on the road since Thursday, actively campaigning. Trump has been in bed sick. Wheezing, coughing, wanting to be Superman and other sick behavior. Low oxygen Don. He's got the oh two blues. Actin' all brave and cocky and funny. Back to fighting the China virus!

    Meanwhile, Biden addressed a union crowd in Erie PA today, like he did in Las Vegas NV yesterday and Phoenix AZ Thursday. Yeah...Biden is stricken with dementia. Trump can see it. From the comfort of his bed. I hope Low OxyDon gets some rest. I really don't want him to hurt himself.

    There were a few minor gaffes. Nobody cares whether any were like your examples. Nobody cares about gaffes. It doesn't matter how many times you repeat yourself. Democrats tried this on GW in '04. How'd that work out?

    The irrefutable point here is: Trump wants to leap tall buildings in a single bound; Biden and Harris enjoyed tall vodka tonics outbound from Sky Harbor headed to McCarran Intl. Like normal people travelling by private jet.
