I have said it before I served as an election official albeit at a district level. Any of the so called examples of "fraud" Giuliani presented would have been caught and would not have been allowed to cause an impact on the results of the election.

The claim that thousands and thousands of people voted multiple times is BS. Why? If a person gets a absentee ballot we have a record of that. Once a voter votes in person his name and address is checked off. Once a person gets an absentee ballot that is noted on the registered voters list. If that voter tries to also vote in person we would catch that. If somehow a person or persons manage to create false ballots, false mail in envelopes , and mail them is we would catch that because if a second ballot and third a 1000 no duplicate we would see it and not count anyone after the first.

What that potential and future criminal Giuliani is trying to do will get detected and disregarded.

Sadly the followers would then just rip the judges as they believe every accusation, no matter how many are proven to be complete crap

Realistically speaking, I don't expect this case to be an exception to all the other cases that the Trump legal team have brought forward. So far the election officials, the ballots canvassers, the Department of Homeland Security, the Justice Department, the state and federal courts have all been unanimous in determining that there is no evidence of mass voter fraud.

Based on the Trump legal team's track record on this issue, it is expected for them to claim that they have evidence of mass fraud, but it is hard to believe that they actually have any evidence until they are finally able to present it.

What are you actually going to say to SCOTUS? "Stop the Steal?" I dunno but on Form, I reckon SCOTUS will not even open the door.

I wouldn't want anybody to get their hopes up:

Reasons Why the Supreme Court Won't Get Involved
    1. Election law is a state issue. Giuliani tried multiple times in multiple states to make federal law an issue. He failed in every attempt.
    2. Pennsylvania, Michigan, Georgia, and Nevada have all certified the election for Biden.
    3. Trump needs to succeed in not one case in one state, but in multiple cases in multiple states. The Supreme Court is likely to reject hearing cases on grounds they are moot.

Why do Trumpers want this to go to SCOTUS? I thought Trumpers were all about states' rights. It's sad that they think ACB will save the day but it's even more pathetic they think judges who are appointed to Trump owe him loyalty.

If they have positive proof of fraud that would change the outcome of the election, the SCOTUS can require them to vote over or have their states results tossed out.

I had a great aunt and uncle, who when they retired, sold their house and bought a travel trailer and a pickup to haul it around with They then spent a decade traveling the country, often staying at RV camps, sometimes for months at a time. When they decided to settle down, they bought some land just outside a little town in Nevada. They parked their trailer there and built a living room and bathroom adjacent to their trailer, leaving the trailer as just a bedroom and a kitchen. They lived there until they died in their 90’s.

Even though it has been twenty years, I hear they still vote. My sister is into seances and tells me that my long deceased aunt tells her that there is a group of them. They even have regular meetings to plot their strategies. Old people who have passed on to the other side. They usually slip in when no one is looking, pull a few levers on the voting machines, and then slip off to their usual occupations as guardian angels and messengers of the gods. In the days following the election, many in heaven were seen wearing I Voted stickers.

No, in this case they will do the correct thing and not even accept the case should any lawyer be foolish enough to try and bring it before them.

On the plus side, this time they're actually trying to claim fraud and not just to disenfranchise people by throwing out ballots of legal voters.
Now they have to produce proof that the fraud actually exists. It's amazing what people will claim publicly but seem to forget when the words "the whole truth under penalty of perjury" are said to them.

The Trump legal team has only filed 3 court cases. I don't think that includes the one filed in Wisconsin yesterday.

That's my take too. Many of these suits should have been brought before the election when Democrats were busy expanding voting options without state-constitution legislative changes. The suits which have hundreds of witness affidavits of illegal interference of the ballot counting process are "hearsay". The affidavits from white-hat computer hackers cannot be proven because no one has been allowed access to the actual computers and data files.

What all these cases do accomplish is to show how fragile and "hackable" our voting systems are in this country, raising serious questions about the integrity of our elections. Everyone should be concerned about that. Interestingly, Democrats are unconcerned today, even though they were quite concerned and sounding similar alarms as recently as 12 months ago.

It really is sad about all the fraudulent mail in votes for Trump in Florida. Biden actually took the state by 120,000 votes, but the hackers changed the results.
There were multiple "spikes" in the Florida vote that prove this.

The Democrats may be singing a different tune one day if the shoe is ever on the other foot. I'm sure there are some smarmy Republicans who would be happy to sink to their level.

American elections may become a game of who-can-outfraud-who, with no integrity whatsoever.

No, we should just throw out all the votes for Republicans because we know they were fraudulent. Any state that had Republicans involved in
vote counting should have their vote nullified because, well, they were Republicans and partisan Republicans can't be trusted in regards to vote counting.
