Nice...just one question though... if they are so sure that he's done and is no longer a threat, why are they pushing for a conviction even after he left office? That's rhetorical, of course. It's obvious that they still fear the guy and no amount of mocking changes that fact. There will be a trial and he'll be exonerated AGAIN, OR he'll preside over the destruction of the Republican Party. The Dems win either way, at least in the near term. They will vastly overreach and so anger the public that his third Party might actually challenge and win. The Dems need to calm their attack dogs in media before they run their own party aground.

how soon will rabid chants of LOCK HER UP! be heard again now that hate season is now in full swing again for the LOSERS?
the SCOTUS just excused 4yrs of emoluments criminality after the mega grifter scammed the nation to death and beat every rap thx to 100% complicit sycophants our Founding Fathers never envisioned for we were all Patriots and never wrote in protections for such lunacy.
the biggest criminal in history cannot be allowed to waltz away leaving America eating his assloads. NOBODY IS ABOVE THE LAW

A top political aide to former President Donald Trump spent the weekend quietly reassuring Republican senators that the former president has no plans to start a third party — and instead will keep his imprint on the GOP.

The message from Brian Jack, Trump’s former political director at the White House, is the latest sign that Republicans considering an impeachment conviction will do so knowing that Trump may come after them in upcoming primaries if they vote to convict him for “incitement of insurrection.”

In the tradition of the party of slavery, lynching, the KKK, Jim Crow, and segregation, the leading characteristic of a person is the color of their skin. Democrats used to make up stories to project their intolerance on other. No longer. In synch with their new leader, it's now front and center. How refreshing!

Q.E.D. Visualize Orangeman golfing and laughing, then going home to the supermodel wife in his mansion. Should help you break the chains. I'm just trying to help.

remembered when he lied he'd be too busy to golf? that was early on, only #4,532 in his documented list of over 50K whoppers during 5yrs.
remember anything Melmania ever did that wasn't disgusting and scandalous?

WTF are you going on about now? Nothing in my response is of a personal nature....it's a response to what you asked initially, and then asked where did I get off claiming historical fact. I put forth easily researched claims if you don't believe me. Other than that, I haven't the foggiest as to how you interpreted my previous response as a "projection". Can you explain?

Major flaw in your screed. Dump needs to be OFFICIALLY held accountable for the crap he got away with in the last 4 years, much less what he incited on Jan. 6th. That's always been his thing....he's never fully suffered the legal consequences of his actions via a court ruling during his private life. Getting an article of impeachment corrects that, and also prevents him from being any type of political mover & shaker, much less holding office.

Now I seriously doubt if an article of impeachment will be reached....the votes just are not there. I would like to see at least a censure for the record....but a portion of the GOP are like a Fail Safe missle....beyond a certain point and committed. Oh well, we'll see what happens. At least NY courts are in the wings either way.

Mitch, what the hell are you going on about now? Are you still acting as if the shift in ideology and the "Southern Strategy" during the late 1950's & 1960's didn't happen? Or are you so distraught that the Orange Oaf has been exposed for the POS that he is that all you've got is this lame sour grapes?

Jeez, Mitch....get a room at a Trump hotel and go cry in a beer in the lounge. Oh wait, Trump doesn't build hotels to accomodate folk like you and me financially.

I believe that Trump's real legacy will be that he managed to unmask the Left for what they've become and they so lost their minds that they'll never be trusted by half the population ever again. The Republicans hate him because he showed Americans how feckless they really are. Finally, as a presentation of sheer Lagniappe, he managed to BREAK the media 5th column as well.

I see... sort of like what happened to Comey, Strzok, Clapper, and Brennan? THAT accountability? Seriously man... you folks really need to recognize that the days of Democrats getting a pass on double standards is OVAH. Lawlessness isn't a commodity that affects only one group of Americans. It's more like cancer on the body politic.

The proscription against him holding office again only happens if 17 Republicans are willing to convict. The idea that he will be powerless as a political kingmaker is just denial on your part. You guys never managed to grasp that most Americans really don't hate the guy as you do. His polls after leaving office are better than Joe's as he's entering - at the behest - supposedly - of 80 million Americans. Weird, eh?

    Patently false.
Trump left office with a 34% approval rating, Biden's is 56%. Trump's never surpassed 50%.

Rasmussen seems to disagree. Those who think he's hated by most of the country are just deluding themselves. You're welcome to do so but we'll see going forward how his statements and support or lack thereof, influences Republican races. Your shiny new president seems to have trouble with basic motor skills so I suspect his numbers will be artificially inflated.

If he weren't so pathetic, he'd almost be fun to watch as he burns down in plain sight.

"Pathetic" is a fitting descriptor of breitbart's attempt to make something out of nothing.
    Next stop, the National Enquirer.

I really don't think alot of unmasking was necessary after they burned and looted their way from sea to shiny sea. They knew well in advance that Americans were not buying what they were selling, so they planned well in advance to steal the election. I knew in the 2016 election he beat Obama, his intel agencies, MI6, and foreign diplomats. I didn't realize at the time that he also beat the voting machine manufacturer who was represented by a tenant in an SF high rise Trump had a stake in.

Dominion Exec Told Podesta “I’ll Do Anything To Defeat Trump”
An email previously released by WikiLeaks reveals that a Dominion executive met with John Podesta to plot ways to help defeat Donald Trump in the presidential election.

    https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/54702

Is it true that China now owns Dominion and has since October?

In other news, Democrats are proposing universal election fraud dictated from the federal government. Either they haven't read the Constitution or 2020 taught them that it doesn't matter.

An aside: Bill Barr worked for Kirkland & Ellis before signing on as AG. Nothing is as it has appeared.

Is it the job killing first week that's made him so popular, admission by Democrat mayors and governors that their citizens lost their small businesses to shutdown and their kids to suicide because Democrats wanted to win an election? Was it handing our food supply to an enemy who launched a bio-warfare attack that killed tens of thousands of Americans? Why do you suppose Biden is so popular?

Are you saying killing the Keystone pipeline didn't kill union jobs? Document your claim.
Are you saying trying to kill construction of the border wall would not kill construction jobs? Document your claim.
Are you saying that inviting illegal aliens into the country to work for a song under the radar while raising the minimum wage for working class Americans is not an assault on minorities and poor whites who belong in this country? Document your claim.

Don't assume that you're the arbiter of who is taken seriously. You're not.

As opposed to the President who sold Henegas and their anti-vibration technology to the Chi-Coms, technology that's been incorporated in the J-20 stealth fighter that we'll be facing if Xi pushes Beijing Biden's Defense Dept too far.
