Because the topic du jour was the election. And I view the statements by AG Barr and Krebs, trump members as accurate statements. I don't think the election was fair because of hate.

If that's what you got out of that you weren't paying attention. The Mueller in estivation was a best a quasi legal hit job. Durham's job more and more seems to me little more than an attempt to do nothing in particular until the maximum number of people possible forget it ever existed. There is likely fraud in most every election. But with all the investigations over the years, the amount of fraud country wide amounts to about 0.00007%.
And yes, Barr wasn't interested in finding out how much.
How much money should the USA spend on fraud that has virtually no impact on the great election process we have in each State?

Lets take your simple math example and add a few factors. I have a number you cant see + another number you cant see and tell you the total is 2.

The sum is only 2 if you trust what others are telling you.

those who believe there there was a level of fraud that affected the outcome

are only going by what others are telling them. No one knows for sure.
