I'm surprised given the circumstances this wasn't immediately reported nationally. Should mental health professionals have dealt with this first? Will 'Please don't kill me' become the new 'I can't breathe':
Even though this happened in December, I see why it is back in the news. The family filed a lawsuit and held a press conference. Anyway, one more reason why everybody should be overjoyed at Biden's Election. The incident in the OP shows how Proud Military Veterans were treated by Murderous Police Officers in TRUMPS AMERICA.:smh: Good to see Biden in Charge.
I can't watch that video due to a condition. But I have personally been in a situation where I needed to be driven to the hospital by police because my insurance didn't cover non-emergency transportation. And I had to be restrained during my psychotic break. Fortunately for me, once they put me in a seat at the hospital, I thought I was dead, so I didn't act up after being seated. I can tell you that sometimes cops are called to the psych ward to deal with unruly, violent patients. They need to be restrained and given a drug cocktail, which puts them to sleep for days. A few even get taken away by the police and are charged with a criminal offense, putting them behind bars for 5 years.
Sooooooo.... Things like this will never happen again, right? And, if they do happen again, you will complain about Bidens Murderous Police Officers and place the blame solely on Biden, right?
I know that you really don't think that Trump ran the police force in Antioch CA. Well on the other hand.....
Err, what exactly has changed in this regard? Same old hypocrisy, the family squealing "Help us!" and then crying when the police do. The police should have refused to come to this, just let the family cope for themselves.
Yeah, when were the mental health professionals going to arrive, hours or days? This family knew he was terrified of the police, (common amongst the psychotic) and yet they called the police to restrain him?
My problem with this is the video doesn't start until after he is already dead followed by a reenactment. I am not convinced yet this is what it is claimed to be fact wise.
We don't have an actual video all we have is a stage reenactment. And even that is not a knee to the neck but a leg on the back. A leg on the back is exactly how you control someone on the ground who is struggling and presenting a danger to the police and themselves. Better wait for the autopsy.
