Once that occurs Iran will control territory on BOTH sides of the Straits of Hormuz. In such a position they will easily be able to slow or stop traffic through the Strait and dictate how much oil flows. Add to that power the potential for demanding a toll for every vessel and things will be looking great from the mullah's POV. The REAL kicker will be what they're capable of demanding once they have nukes.
