I've been around for long enough (and I suspect in your 50 years you have too) to know that what is in an article's title, is often FAR from the truth! In the video you say? Okay, but I can't see why the useless article author didn't put something as significant as that in the body.

That's a whole lot less coverage than the media gave a Christian kid for smiling at an Indian. I know, having a 10 sec blurb about something that is bad for the Democrat narrative is equal to 24x7 coverage of something that is negative about Whites or conservatives.

Specifically WATCH? If I notice a video, sure, but sometimes it's not immediately obvious that an article has an embedded video. And sometimes the embedded video is unrelated to the article.

 

1. I simply pointed out your sloppy attention to the obvious.

2. The big white arrow in the middle of the first image immediately below the headline is a good clue. And this time the video was completely related to the article. Total failure on your part. Own it and learn from it.

 

You're assuming that my computer is good enough that the video frame loads immediately. It doesn't. Besides, articles are about the actual article, not the video embedded in them! I focus on the articles.

 

I'm not sure peoples voyeuristic attraction to horrific deaths is a good reason to give a particualr crime national media attention but I'm also sure there will be lots of other similarly horrific murders that don't receive national coverage anywhere.

I disagree. Like all US media, they will be consciously and subconsciously influenced by the American obsession with race. Stories that reflect (or can be spun to reflect) the racial divisions in the US will get more attention than stories that don't and all commercial media is driven by whatever gets them the most viewers/listeners/clicks.

There is nothing in the article to suggest it has anything to do with story (in fact it says the identity of the juvenile suspects hasn't been released so it isn't even clear how you know they're black). That is why it has everything to do with your decision to highlight the skin colour of the suspects. Racism isn't about events, it's about words and actions.

Two wrongs don't make a right. If you're comfortable being as bad as the media, I'm comfortable treating you with an equal level of contempt.
