The hoopla after the demonstrations and intrusion of the capital was taken advantage of by the Democrats in order to achieve political aims. Or would have, if they had more of the House or the Senate.

They overplayed their hand and then silently stood there, not knowing what to do but they gave us crocodile tears thinking that'd move the needle.

 

The key difference here, is that he suffered the stroke 'while being robbed'. A direct link can definitely be established. In Sicknick's case, the stroke came days after the riots at the US Capitol. Ergo: There's no way to establish a direct link between the stroke and the riots.

So we can't establish a direct link, and as others with medical expertise have posted here(along with the autopsy) we know that he died of natural causes and that multiple stressors can create stroke-like circumstances. Any case for Sicknick's death is next to impossible. That's why no one has been arrested for that death.

When he finally got back to school after being in the hospital for months, we called him "ham and noodles", because that's what he had barfed up.
