    No, the rioters should be prosecuted for rioting. Anyone who assaulted police, vandalized or destroyed goverment property should be prosecuted for those crimes. Then the exact standards need to be applied to EVERY "mostly peaceful" protest. If "insurgency" is defined as an attack on a federal building doing goverment business, it applies to federal courthouses, and ICE facilities too.

    The news rags said what was thought to be know because of video, no one knows for sure until the autopsy reports..As far as those rags continuing the bi-line you never showed proof.
