'No sympathy' for Chauvin, say those who had run-ins before Floyd

More complaint information at the link.
It sounds like Chauvin was on borrowed time. As I've posted in other threads, the "blue code" of silence is very strong and they all cover for one another. There is no reason that a complaint investigation is just rubber stamped. None.

    What do you think?

Chauvin working as a bouncer had to use force six year ago to bounce some guy named Hernandez. This is shocking news I tell you, simply shocking. I would think a bouncer could just tell combative drunks to please leave using a stern voice. But not too stern, so as not to damage anyone's feelings.

Anybody just needs to take one look at Chauvin and know that he got what he deserved.

Chauvin was such an out of control buffoon that (even before the George Floyd Incident) Chauvin already built the sort of disrepute that had others observing:

"If being an insufferable, braindead, power-tripping TOOL was a crime, Chauvin world be serving Life without Parole".

    But agreed.

Getting that Murdering, Power-Tripping, Tool off the streets was absolutely necessary.

Hernandez is just one of the people mentioned in the article. Chauvin has a history of being heavy-handed. How in the world could a person remain kneeling on somebody's neck with absolutely no regard toward the people screaming for him to get up? It's sociopathic.

How are you going to feel if the Appeal's process sets him free or grants him a new trial? Maxine Waters' and President Biden's statements could be seen as illegally influencing the Jury process. The presiding Judge said as much during the trial. Democrats need to learn to keep their fat mouths shut until after the verdict is rendered.

How I feel about it or would feel about it is irrelevant.

Why? You have no sympathy for the man, then you must be as outraged as I am that he may be back on the streets. He was granted bail in the first trial. There would be no reason not to be granted bail in a second trial. So, even if the original trial's verdict is not summarily set aside, and he is granted a new trial, he will still be back on the street. Do you believe that he will live long enough for a second trial? There is plenty to be worried, and outraged, about here.

Under what authority do you have to tell me how I should feel and where that should be disclosed?

You claim that you have no sympathy, so what are you really saying? Is it that you really do not have an opinion? I am really just trying to get you to clarify your statement. If you are not comfortable with that, then maybe you should not make the statement,

    :roflol:

It WON"T be "overturned on appeal".

And, why are you (apparently) implying that "Democrats" are the only people glad to see Chauvin convicted on all charges?

    Give me a break.:bored:

The jury was sequestered, how would those remarks have altered their ruling?

Criminals don't have sympathy with the cop who brought them to justice? Big surprise.

That is the reasoning behind the presiding Judge's ruling, but even the presiding Judge recognized that sequestering the jury would prevent them from hearing about the statements. He stated that they could be grounds for an appeal. They were not allowed smart phones, but even flip phones can get news updates. Further, they were not blocked from having contact with their families.

I'm pretty certain that I never made that statement. Can you point me to where you think I did?

I will be more than happy to share my opinion on this matter after the above is established.

They were not sequestered during Maxines comments. They were only sequestered during their deliberations after closing arguments had been made. Maxine's comments were on the 17th. They were not sequestered until the 19th.

When he has been hung by the neck until dead...oh, wait, some "liberal" is going to go out of their way to give him a slap on his wrist...

At first I thought this was a picture of a gang of people in the video, nope, just "liberal" justice doing what "liberals" always do:

Did you intend to post this in the discussion about Chauvin's history of complaints? If so, I'm unclear on what it has to do with liberals or a housekeeping manager being murdered in Florida. Would you mind explaining the connection for me?

Thanks for clearing that up. I doubt what she said is significant.
Perhaps, but I doubt half the jury knows who Maxine Waters is, much less cares what she says. And I doubt they could be convinced in 10 hours to vote against their conscience based on the irrational fear of the other half.

Just because somebody says something doesn't mean the jury has been tainted, especially a public political statement. Privately threatening the jury with death would be obvious grounds for appeal, but this not so much.

I've been pondering this and I've come to the conclusion that Trump has no idea what the word "everybody" means. Does he think a few "thumbs up" on his posts means the entire world is on his side?

It's a tactic to convince willing lemmings that everyone is on his side, and everybody knows it. It's true.

Yeah, but, most of us stopped embellishing by the time we've hit double-digit birthdays. Most of us stopped believing the liars even before that.
