This is pure distraction. Wray is basically rehashing the 2nd impeachment. Rudy disclosed his legal fees, paid his taxes. If Rudy violated FARA so what? He doesn't have a government position to lose and he ain't a candidate. The (D)s and MSM want to prevent people from scutinizing Biden's Ukrainian escapades, and perhaps not notice Biden's full transition to democratic socialism. MSM is still calling it the Biden "administration" but it's clearly on a fast track to becoming the new DSA politburo.

With all the video proof of Biden and his son's collusion with Ukraine kept hidden by the feds, they are after Guiliani the former NYC District Attorney who had broken up the Italian mafias, for daring to investigate them in Ukraine. Talk about a mafia state, and then Biden wants to say that the rally at Washington was a threat on democracy and not the Democrats own blatant criminality.

That Rudy is a lawyer doesn't not insulate him from being investigated. Certainly his forays into the Ukraine far exceeded advocacy. Generally what happens in these cases from what I understand is that a special third-party evidence master gets appointed to sort through what is protected and what is not.

I lived and worked in Manhattan long, long ago. It's a unique place, but the problem is that many New Yorkers interpret the rest of the world through the eyes of Manhattan in a sort of geo-centric way. Rudy probably genuinely felt all of the Russian mobsters he hung out with and serviced as clients, were actually telling him the truth about the Ukraine and its involvement with the Democrats. New York real estate developers and former Southern District of NY prosecutors who become NY Mayors are really NOT the best people to develop objective world views. Virtually EVERYBODY in NY City has some sort of personal bias. IMO, of course.

 

Dmitry Firtash, the source of Rudy's affidavit regarding Hunter Biden's activities in Ukraine, just kicked Rudy under the bus by issuing a statement through his new attorney (Lanny Davis) that he had nothing to do with the Biden investigation and knew nothing about it. [Note: I erroneously stated earlier that Firtash was in jail in Turkey. I was wrong. He was attending a conference in Vienna, Austria when he was arrested, with the U.S. seeking to extract him to the U.S. to stand trial for another crime involving, I believe, bank fraud. He remains on bail in Vienna.

 

None of whom were Trumps family as you ascertained, they were his associates who were largely prosecuted for other stuff that came to light during the investigations. Trump has a right to not answer questions just as Clinton and Gore did (especially given what happened to General Flynn) and those prosecutors are DNC supporters who haven't actually examined the evidence? And how many former prosecutors disagreed with them?

As for Guiliani, he is the former District Attorney of NYC and knows the law, so there's nothing they have on him. The search was to find something on Trump, because the Democrats are running scared. They know Trump has the American people behind him, and that he's the only that could stop the liberal anti American one world agenda of the Democrats and George Soros.

That one world agenda is so important to Soros and the Washington ideologues, that they'll demonize the innocent without qualms, and honor the guilty to bring it about.
