Nobody really cares what Slo-Joe says. Biden's ratings just a fraction of Trump's. 37.2M - Trump 2020 46.8M - Trump 2019 46M - Trump 2018 48M - Trump 2017 11.6M - Biden 2021 Biden is grossly underperforming Trump which will likely be the verdict on Biden's presidency.
Like with snack machines in schools. It wasn’t good enough to add healthy option snack machines, they didn’t like the idea of a choice; so they made sure unhealthy shack machine was not a choice.
Where on this earth did you get that data? 538 has Biden at a 53% Approval whilst Trump never got over around 44%
I thought it was about choice. A true choice is to add the healthy snack machine next to the others and let the customers decide for themselves what to buy and eat. Seems the left doesn’t want people to have a choice, if there is a possibility that the people will make a choice the left doesn’t agree with. So they aren’t so much encouraging better choices (as they see) as forcing them. That is the nanny state left for you. The right likes to control abortion, but the left wants to come in your home and say “no we don’t like this, we want you to live like this.and while we are at it, can you open your gun safe so we can tell you if we agree with your gun purchases; as we think your personal, paid for property is our ****ing business.”
So does Coca-Cola and fried chicken. Wanna ban those too? Hell, the ever-wise government should just force us to eat and drink as they see fit.
This is funny, re-packaging the literal killing of a living human as "reproductive rights". I mean, why limit the legal time to kill a child to the womb? Why not allow the killing to the first year of life? It's a woman right you cold bastard!
The insanely high taxes should cover what you're using an as excuse to limit freedom. Lefties just can't help their authoritarian bent.
You wouldn't be forced to, except for Obamacare, lol. Most welfare programs are used today to pay for people's poor decisions. Why is smoking different?
They truly can’t help themselves. Would take decades of extensive reverse programming of the Dem brain Freedom, personal responsibility, self control, control your destiny.........not part of Dem thinking.
so anyone found out if this was true or not turn out the burger ban was fake, could this racial ban of cigarettes be fake too "Fox News Anchor Admits Biden Burger Ban Claims Are False" https://www.huffpost.com/entry/fox-news-biden-burger-ban-false_n_60871e90e4b02e74d21dc930
Abortion? Gay marriage? Republicans can't seem to help themselves when it comes to controlling other people's lives ...
Smokers have basically added a tax to my health insurance for decades ... they can't seem to help themselves from putting others at risk when they smoke. Same with alcoholics and driving. So why not add tax to products that cause abnormal rates of injury to others? Or we could tax nothing and pretend that everyone is an angel and will pay for any injury they cause society.
People like to watch a train-wreck. People tend ignore the steady hand at the wheel. It's like pretending that because the Kardashians have higher TV ratings than the Property Brothers, that we should let the Kardashians build houses ...
Health care rates had been rising for 50 years prior to Obama, it's incredibly ignorant to think that they wouldn't have continued to rise with or without Obama Care.
You found the two issues, lol. Those totalitarian Republicans! Meanwhile: Smoking Health insurance/health care Housing Employer-employee determined wages Corporate over-regulation High taxes Affirmative action We can think of thousands of other ways Democrats want to control everyone.
Mine rose because of Obamacare. And there's a little thing called "inflation" that generally causes the price of goods and services to increase over time. A burger and a coke is no longer 15 cents, either. So how is your objection to paying for someone's medical treatment of smoking-related illnesses any different from my objection to paying for food, health care, and housing for someone that chose to drop out of high school, sire babies out of wedlock, and not work?
No, I really don't see that. I see they took a decent jump in 2010, then continued to rise not long after. And Obamacare still cost me tens of thousands of dollars. I wonder if they're including insurance premiums in their definition of "health care costs"? Insurance is different than care.
many forget that, before Obama, insurance prices soared 15 percent a year on average since 2002 "Wal-Mart Memo Suggests Ways to Cut Employee Benefit Costs " 2005 http://www.nytimes.com/2005/10/26/business/26walmart.ready.html?pagewanted=all "Wal-Mart executives said the memo was part of an effort to rein in benefit costs, which to Wall Street's dismay have soared by 15 percent a year on average since 2002. Like much of corporate America, Wal-Mart has been squeezed by soaring health costs. The proposed plan, if approved, would save the company more than $1 billion a year by 2011." "Ms. Chambers acknowledged that 46 percent of the children of Wal-Mart's 1.33 million United States employees were uninsured or on Medicaid." an interesting Article, Walmart claims Healthcare raising by 15% a year back in 2005 under complete republican control...
