Shem, Abraham, Isaac, Yacob and their wives were Syrian.
Christ was Syrian born of a Syrian mother, spoke Syrian to The Syrian People,
And Antioc, Syria is where followers of Christ were first called Christians.
Later, Syrians took the Gospel to North Africa, Europe, Persia, India, China, Philippines and even the wife of Ghenis Khan became a Christian along with her son.
PS Thanks, kazenatsu for your sincere & good post regarding Syria & Christianity.

You call that a civil war?

Don't hesitate to use a dictionary.

Abraham was from Ur, Iraq and Isaac was born in Canaan (Lebanon, Israel, Palestine, northwestern Jordan, and some western areas of Syria). Not sure where you got the idea they were all Syrians. Mary, the mother of Jesus was from Nazareth, Israel and Jesus was born in Bethlehem, Israel.

Some other soldiers published another letter, they said to be young and stayed anonymous :
_ They said nobody wanted a civil war but they fear one (as one of the main left wing critics was that in the first letter the generals were appealing to a civil war, ironic considering from who it come from).
    _ They supported their elders.

Yellow jackets were mostly indigeneous french people from the countryside, it's suggested in the letter they fear more a war between a part of the indigeneous population and non indigenous population.

Of course Syria is the mother of Christianity. They were the first Christians. Let's not forget Saint Paul's road to Damascus experience. Maaloula in Syria, is the only town where Aramaic the language spoken by Jesus, is still a living language.

'Civil war is brewing in France and you know it': French military launches another salvo at Macron with new open letter

This new letter is anonymous and is being signed by the general public. As per a few hours ago, it had over 100,000 signatures.

I don't know that much about France, but I have a suspicion that the Muslims were not given the same job opportunities as the French because of their labor laws. If I'm right, then it means the French themselves are partly to blame for the problems.

What you have now are enclaves of Muslims ripe for the instigating and the arousals by the
demagogue Erdogan - since there is no love lost between them. France is almost in a state of war with Turkey.

Well you're suspicions are completely false. Legally there can't be discriminations on that point, there can't even be ethnic or religious statistics in France.

We got a problem of high unemployement since the late seventies/early eighties.
From that moment, french people declared they wanted less migrants even if they never voted for the FN.
What did our leaders ? Get more migrants when there was already enough workforce simply because it's an efficient way to put pressure on lower class workforce to keep work cheap.

That's okay. You don't know anything about Russia either yet you pontificate about that nation endlessly with considerable authority. All because of your admitted (IIRC) religious bias.

Erdogan doesn't give a damn about NATO. He feels that with the Kurd problem, Turkey will cease to exist unless it becomes more assertive and aggressive. And he's right in that. The Kurds occupy about 1/3 of Turkey.

Lately Erdogan has been instigating and encouraging Hamas and the fighting going on at Al Aqsa Mosque as well as the rocket attacks.

Regardless, from you posts it's obvious that I know a lot more than you do about either one of those countries. Your problem is, that you're projecting your own bias' towards Israel, and assume others have the same bias' towards nations because of their faith - never thinking that others like me might be disgusted at the propaganda and hypocrisy thrown at us everyday by the controlled media.

Ah, yes you're one of them that blames the BIG BAD MEDIA for the ills of the world. Sad to be you obviously.

And I have no bias in favor of Israel beyond a typical admiration for an underdog.

Erdogan's aggressiveness has to do with the Kurds and the support they get in the West. He fears that Turkey will cease to exist because of them, so everything he does goes back to that.

As for France, they have economic interests in the Eastern Mediterranean, and unlike Italy whose war ships backed down so as not to have friction with Nato country Turkey, France stood its ground and wants Turkey kicked out of Nato. If threatening others is not practically a state of war, then what is?

Then again Turkey threatened a few days ago to attack the Finnish and Swedish Frontex ships trying to stop the migrants in the Aegean. Oh well! What else is knew.

I know that strictly speaking Israel is in the modern era anything but an "underdog". But I was thinking historically with their disadvantages in geographic positioning and overwhelming numbers of their hostile neighbors (though I'll admit that isn't as clear cut as most people tend to think either).

Well they've obviously got you convinced of their bullshit....them and all 17 'intelligence' agencies that aren't so intelligent.

I read a lot of your posts and just SMH.

I assume you are only rooting for 3/4 of Israel since about 1/4 of it is made up of Russians. Beware the Bear....boo, the Cold War continues.

It amuses me how some try to 'guilt trip whites'
To do so means ignoring history.

Sadly, diversity is always bad for a society. It goes against human nature. I wish it weren't true but it is obvious.
