Key firm drops out of Arizona GOP’s 2020 election recount

I'm not opposed to the audits as I want to know the truth no matter what it is. However, it does not seem to be going well at all. This whole thing has just been crazy.

What do you think?

Something tells me this is about to come to a screeching halt soon. This is starting to get very expensive and the results aren't proving squat. Take the ballots away from them and give them a Lego set, they'll have a better chance of doing something productive.

 

I didn't think it could get worse than looking for bamboo fibers, but I was wrong.

I find it odd Trump supporters were up in arms about the county not having all the votes counted by midnight, but here the audit has only got through 250k of the 2.1 million ballots in 3 weeks and not a peep from them.

 

I doubt it will stop until they get the results they want.

Compounding that, their incompetence may have tainted the ballots just by chain of custody. It's ridiculous. Why would they even take on a task they knew they couldn't do properly? Not to mention putting a target on their backs from Dear Leader's mini*ns.

That's a bit more confidence than I can muster for them.

Yes. Because we all know that a country that's smart enough to forge our election ballots, mail them to the correct election hubs and get just the right amount to push Biden over the top in each district would be dumb enough to not duplicate our paper. /sarcasm

 

I think it is more than odd that a company would abandon a lucrative contract. I think it is incompetent. There must be more to the story.

 

This is not about veracity, anything less than “Trump wins” is unacceptable....

 

It does seem like there are some plot holes.

 

I think enough is enough already. Arizona, including Maricopa county, have already done at least one recount. This is a fraudit, it's only purpose to pander politically to those who believe Trump's Big Lie, and to keep it in the news. It's being done by amateurs with no experience. FFS, looking for bamboo fibers in ballots in order to "prove" one silly theory that tens of thousands of ballots came from China? How is that legitimate?

Biden won. Trump lost. There was no massive voter fraud to steal the election. People need to swallow their sour grapes and get the eff over it already.

 

Not to mention that bamboo grows all up and down our east coast, but these morons think that only China has bamboo.

It's not legitimate. Trump is infamous for tying people up in court to force them to give up because he has more money to have lawyers do his bidding. He wanted to apply "running a private business" to "being a civil servant in a governmental position" and it's not the same and can't be approached in the same manner.

I understand why some people are upset. They've been told since BEFORE the election that the process was fraudulent. They've been told that everyone on the other side is out to get them. They've been told that he is their only hope to "save" America. He made it okay for bigots, hateful and unhinged people and others of that ilk to come out the woodwork so they worship him.

Typically, I would say let it run its course and fizzle out. I can't say that because the people involved in this are blinded to the point of following a man that doesn't give a darn about anyone but himself. That would be fine if that person was actually interested in keeping his oath of office. It's dangerous as hell when he stands for nothing but himself. He's just an evil, selfish, bitter, vengeful sociopath. His own niece (a mental health professional) and his own sister (a judge) have said he's dangerous but were dismissed by larger society. I feel the burn. I have a family member exactly like him and it's absolutely crazy to watch people fall over her to do her bidding.

 

The more I think about, the less it makes sense. For example, why would they even disclose they were checking for bamboo fibers? It seems like the kind of thing the would keep under wraps until the audit is done. The whole thing is just bizarre and clearly designed to keep us arguing about fraud vs. no fraud.

 

And the truly sad part for the Repubs is the guy that picked to lead the GA audit makes the Cyber Ninjas look down right sane and normal.

 

The recount is now being led by StratTech Solutions of Scottsdale

 

Nothing says accuracy more than changing counters in the middle of the count...what could possibly go wrong
