I lived in Vietnam for a year, but never could figure out how to use chop sticks, FWIW.

It is wise to follow the advice of known liars? We live in different worlds Darth.

Speaking of USMC, did you see what USMC General David Berger told the idiot Lloyd Austin lately? No mandatory shots for his Marines. His bravery makes me proud to be an American.

With the luxury of 18 months of hindsight, it is safe to say that CDC and FDA and the rest are either rotten as hell, or totally confused. Either way, it is foolish to follow their guidance in this time of universal deception, this time of Plandemic.

The Phantom Virus has never been isolated, and has the same morbidity as the flu virus. Do we shut down the world over the flu virus? No.

CDC is not the US government. There is no constitutional authority for such a thing, just as there is no constitutional authority for a Department of Education.

We are talking about a virus that is as dangerous as the flu virus, with which humans have lived forever.

The CDC usurps power, and the sheeple are happy about it.

When tyranny is abroad, submission is a crime.

Do you understand the idea of medical coercion? Should US citizens, including Marines and soldiers, be forced to take something they don't want to?

How are we different from any other authoritarian regime in the world, including Nazi Germany?

you clearly never spent anytime in the military. In boot camp we walked down a line with 3 people on each side each with an injection gun and got 6 shots and then walked out. We were not even told what they were.

In the military you do a lot of things you really do not want to do, it comes with the job. We no longer have a draft so everyone that joins does so knowing they will be made to do thing they may not want to do

Why don't you back up that claim about his own network calling him a liar, with some links to proof- Not the BS CNN told you, but actual testimony.
I think if that had existed, you would have.... but instead, you took CNN's word for it. Wisdom is not the word for that......

According to Neilson, FOX is the most watched network, and Carlson is the most watched news program.
Four of the top five news shows are on FOX, and six of the top 10. The other four is the total of the MSM's combined.

What's more, when Carlson has made an error- he admits and corrects it. CNN people simply double down on the denial, and their sheep applaud that.
People's opinion will run the entire length of possibilities- but facts such as documented viewership and substance proving lies were actually so instead of some fool's opinion seem to be is short supply among the left.

You Literally Can't Believe The Facts Tucker Carlson Tells You. So Say Fox's Lawyers
    https://www.npr.org/2020/09/29/9177...s-tucker-carlson-tells-you-so-say-fox-s-lawye
    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Now comes the claim that you can't expect to literally believe the words that come out of Carlson's mouth. And that assertion is not coming from Carlson's critics. It's being made by a federal judge in the Southern District of New York and by Fox News's own lawyers in defending Carlson against accusations of slander. It worked, by the way.

Just read U.S. District Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil's opinion, leaning heavily on the arguments of Fox's lawyers: The "'general tenor' of the show should then inform a viewer that [Carlson] is not 'stating actual facts' about the topics he discusses and is instead engaging in 'exaggeration' and 'non-literal commentary.' The CDC is part of the Health and Human Services Department, headed by a Cabinet Secretary, reporting to the President. You may not like it. But it exists and no one has challenged its constitutionality, other than perhaps a few fringe figures. Both the HHS and the Department of Education were created by the people of the United States via representative government...the U.S. Congress.

Wonderful. Now would you show that part of the US Constitution that empowers that HHS to tell the people what they must wear on their faces, or how far apart they must walk? What businesses should be closed? What the relationship between landlords and renters must be?

It's the opening paragraph of Article I, Section 8: The Congress shall have the power to provide for the common Defense and general Welfare of the United States. I can explain to you how that works, if you'd like?

I know very well how that works. It appears you totally ignore the last sentence of Article I Section 8, but that is typical of ignorance of Constitutional principles. The relevant portion that you ignore goes "To make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution the foregoing powers, and all other Powers vested by this Constitution in the Government of the United States, or in any Department or Officer thereof."

What that means is if the power we're talking about--the power usurped and exercised by the HHS--is not vested in the government by the founding document, it is null and void.

Geez! Do you understand the definition of the word "foregoing?" The last paragraph means Congress may make the laws necessary to carry out the powers of "common defense and general welfare."

And if you read the article you quoted, you see that the same judgement applied to Rachel Maddow's claims.
Given the distortion we are seeing in the justice system, defense has to respond with winning strategy, they have no choice. Fact is, every newscast is questionable- nothing can be reported in every detail that might be relevant, so it is always up to you to think for yourself. The MSM doesn't like that idea and fights it, but it's still true for those who have a working brain.

Truth has become hard to recognize and always under attack in today's world- not because it's no longer truth, but because the interest in derailing it is widespread in the news, in the justice system in the schools- most everywhere. When I listen to Carlson make a point, it's it viewpoint. But when he backs that up with video evidence of what he's reported and documented evidence of who's involved- I form an opinion too. If the evidence wasn't there, I would see it differently. But in today's climate, many see the evidence, don't like what it indicates, and choose to ignore it.

Thar is precisely why crime is out of control, why politicians running many cities are failing in devastating fashion, why a lynch-mob like the one in Minneapolis can form and intimidate a court into railroading a police officer without a fair trial- with out a change of venue, and with the help of politicians (Waters and Biden both for example) making prejudicial judgement in advance for political advantage- and the followers of the left go along with that. Dozens of others bat-shat crazy crap happen every day- and that all traces back to the left losing it's marbles. It's a pandemic of dysfunction, a total dismissal of common sense, reason and logic.

I chose to weigh the evidence- ALL the evidence, and create my views on what I can have high confidence is truth. The MSM as well as the left they serve- does just the opposite. They think propaganda is some kind of legitimate tool, I say it's the tool of sub-human thinking.

Carslon may not be perfect, but he's vastly out-classing and out-performing the rest of the so-called newscasters.

To each his own...but objective journalism has been the exception, not the rule, for most of our history. Practically, that means playing to your customers to one degree or another. For most MSM (I'd include Fox as part of MSM) that means taking factual stories and slanting their presentation and/or selective reporting according to some editorial policy. Social media and the decline of secondary education (occasionally extended into a university or two) have degraded journalistic standards.

Cable television and the Internet have had significant impacts on the deterioration of standards. There was roughly a generation of at least lip service to objective journalism during the early days of television, when there were only three major networks. But that largely declined with the expansion of the industry, as it became increasingly competitive. Standards gave way to "nitch marketing."

Generally, that's hard to dispute. With the advent of cable, FCC authority lost the ability to regulate content value. With the internet (see my footnotes) we gave bullhorns to every obsessed person alive.

The traditional value of journalism that made American newspapers and reporters trustworthy seems to be dead. That reflects both on the medias involved, and the character of the people who will settle for what they do today. For example, you mention the decline of secondary education- lowering the bar.

Oregon just passed a law suspending the requirement of basic proficiency in reading and math as a condition to graduating from high school- and called that necessary for reason or "racial inequality".
Lowering the bar doesn't help anyone, it promotes ignorance and incompetence. One has to ask how any person who has the duty of serving the people can allow that, let alone create it intentionally.
My guess would be that if you can't read and can't add, your dependence on government will increase, and you will be too dumb to know what they are doing to you. Politicians like that.

I'm amazed that you are so disappointed in me seeing something beside your view. Not shocked, because the left in general does that, but the capacity to keep yourself in such a state continually in indeed amazing.
The bottom line is that opinions never matter unless they are corroborated by facts, not other opinions. Anyone can say or claim anything, spoken or written- but what they actually do tells us what's legit and what's bullsheet. AKA, the CNN narrative.....

Hmmm...part of the human condition. I would agree that there is a necessary balance. Generally, over time, the culture will come to reflect the electorate, in a democracy. Oregon doesn't strike me as a state in which ethnic minorities have a lot of political power (although I could be wrong). On the west coast it might mean a lot of rural white kids who can't keep up with Asians, who are usually in favor of higher educational standards. But, my point was that, as an example, if voters begin demanding free education for everyone through junior college, the government will respond accordingly...and for a certain transition period, as the society scales up to provide that, there will be a cheapening of junior college education. So...the balance is to resist what apparently the people in Oregon are doing, but to provide practically everyone with a high school diploma.

I was a teaching assistant years ago in grad school. The State Education Board required my subject for a BA or BS degree. There was a constant tug of war between administrators who wanted to pass everyone to comply with the State requirement and the teaching staff's standards for passing the course.

My guess is that similar problems exist between media stockholders who want a return on their investment (and hence "pleased constituents," who buy their advertised products) and, at least, some of the journalists, who favor higher standards.

Tucker is neither a newscaster or a journalist. He is an entertainer along with Ingrahm, Hannity, Levin, the late Rush.

Newscasters in the class of Barbara Walters, Walter Cronkite and such are no longer sought out by media- and I doubt that many of the younger citizens of the day would have any appreciation for factual news, because they seem to feed mostly on emotional mania and the idea of destroying other people. That's not a sign of a mature, rational society, but of children that grew up only physically.

The game is different today. The people you call entertainers are, like it or not- speaking truth, not garbage propaganda. They're asking you to think, to balance the facts and grasp the consequences of the choices being made. Such consequences might be that the stupidity of not understanding the link between de-funding and handcuffing police and the resulting explosions of crime and murder. That in particular is right in your face, day after day- and the left is still dodging that fact like children trying to avoid getting tagged as if it was a "you're it" game.

Intelligent people knew this consequence would happen immediately when the concept was proposed and demanded by the radical thugs. Since so many politicians folded on the point, we can only assume the are either not intelligent- or are people of bad faith. Media people- same truth applies. IF you aren't smart enough to make the connection between enforcing law and having order, you just aren't smart, and no matter how it's presented nobody can teach you until you come to terms with the fact that you don't know what you're talking about. Exactly the same on the border crisis. They want to crucify Trump for working to clean up Obama's disaster, but as Biden explodes the problem 10-fold, they have nothing to say. WHY would anyone believe anything they say when they are that blind or ignorant or dishonest?

When much of our younger (as in 50 or less) population lacks the capacity grasp these things and think independently with sound values- you;re not going to reach them with logic and reason, if at all. Closed minds just don't learn squat, no matter what you do to reach them. I've done a fair amount of teaching- and you have to start where the person you want to reach is at, on a level they understand.... even if you have to teach them how to spell first. However, these people reporting in politics aren't there to teach people how to think in the first place; there's a limit to the degree it can be dumbed down, and a prejudice against accepting what they don't like anyway regardless of validity. It's up to you to allow yourself to be led around like sheep- or decide to think on your own and be skeptical of the claims of everyone, demanding proof and substance.

The propaganda people and their sheep hate those who use logic and reason to make a point; because that makes no sense to them at all. And that is precisely why they trash the few people on news shows who represent logic and reason- it's not their language, they don't understand it, so it must be fake. The typical approach is personal attack, not challenge of content. Such people deserve to live in the chaos they cultivate, but unfortunately we all live on the same planet, so everybody suffers from their senseless actions.

You will become what they want to make you if you can't think for yourself and accept truth. The extremist will own you- and use you.

Your opinion on sources is not reliable...and the video does not state the vaccines as placebos, they clearly state the vaccines are experimental biological agents used as means to genocide

So, we are committing genocide now?

    What is the point?

FYI, BLAs and EUAs are subject to the same safety standards before approval.
