You'll have to pardon me. I'm not up on all the recent, endless bullshit about Hunter. But if you want to go down the road of corruption, comparing Trump and Biden, I'm glad to oblige.

The Biden Administration should have deployed forces and NOT have permitted the Taliban to take Kabul. As well, the Biden Administration should have tried to retrieve much of the military hardware left behind. And what was Biden's plan to get Americans, Europeans, and friendly Afghans out of Afghanistan?

Should I expect another "Baghdad Bob" response from you?

I see. So you're a total, partisan, loyalist, to the Biden Regime and the Democratic Party. You cannot acknowledge that what Joe and Hunter are doing is blatantly corrupt and that they're selling out the interests of the American people. There's no more point in reading your absurd posts, let alone responding to them. Take care.

I will say I think that when we went from 14000 troops to 3000 in less than 2 years that gear should not have been left behind. There is no way the less than 3000 folks left on the ground could have retrieved it, even overlooking the fact that retrieving it would have meant taking it away from the Afghan army

Thanks for sharing that. I condemn Trump and Ivanka for producing items in China in order to sell them in the U.S.

See how easy that is? That's called integrity. You won't see a committed leftist acknowledge a sin by their party masters.

I appreciate you doing so, though one has to wonder how you did not know they were doing so until just now

I didn't post here much when Trump was president but I was critical of him many times.

Many of his tweets were moronic and totally unnecessary. His flippant, off-the-cuff rhetoric was a turnoff for me and a lot of Americans and quite possibly is the reason he lost in 20'. His trade wars were certainly a matter worthy of debate. His characterization of Mexicans being "rapists", etc., was absurd. He was great at putting his foot in his mouth, such as when he said "I only hire the best people". But, with all that said, his policies were, for the most part, GOOD for the average American. Farmers took a hit due to his aforementioned trade war, for which he arranged bailouts by the U.S. taxpayer. So, as I said, those policies are debatable. Trump wanted China to be as open to U.S. products as we have been to Chinese products. Even Chuck Schumer agreed that China needs to be more open with their markets.

The Pentagon should have been aware that the Afghan military was NOT going to get it done and then it should have had forces in place to retrieve the aircraft, vehicles, special ops equipment, guns, etc. This falls on General Milley, unless he advised Biden, who then ignored it. One way or another, this was a COLOSSAL failure on the part of the U.S. There is no way that this level of failure would have occurred under Trump and heads would have ROLLED for such a catastrophic failure.

Except for the fact it was under Trump that we went from 14000 troops to less than 3000 and left all the damn gear there. That would have been the proper time to bring it home when you had enough people there to do the job.

Do you agree that the U.S. should have responded when it was apparent that the Afghans were NOT going to stop the Taliban?

A LOT of military guys are on various social media platforms talking about how everyone that served there KNEW that this would be the outcome. Again, where was General Milley?

Afghanistan was stable in January of 2021. It was just in the past few months that it all went downhill. You seem hesitant to attach any responsibility to the Biden Administration.

We all knew this would be the outcome, most of us were surprised by the speed it happened. We saw the Iraqi army do the same thing when ISIS came to town, they just walked away from the gear we gave them.

I think we should not have moved any more troops till our civilians were out of country, and then just let the chips fall where they may. If we had stayed for 20 more years the outcome would have been the same.

So it's Trump's fault that nothing was done to retrieve the massive weapon stores that the Afghan Army demonstrated an unwillingness to protect?

I have already agreed with you that Biden ****ed it up, but since I do not have a mindless hatred for the Dems like you, I will not blame him for things he did not do.

Yes we did, everyone except President Biden and General Milley, apparently. How does that happen?
