Just scroll through Rittenhouse's cross examination until you see him look at binger like he's stupid and binger get this "**** should not have asked that" look on his face.

I already did. See post #470. If you didn't understand it the first time, I am skeptical repeating myself will help you grasp the concept anymore, but here goes anyway: There are (in fact have been from before the trial began) legal machinations underway to steal Kyle's bail money. That doesn't give those would-be thieves any ethical "claim" to Kyle's money (which is what you asked). If Pierce were to try to take the money and run, he would be sued, and sued successfully, by Kyle / Kyle's family for the money, but from this filing, it seems obvious that Pierce isn't planning to "claim" Kyle's money: EXCLUSIVE: Attorney John Pierce Rejects Entitlement to $2M Bail Fund in Rittenhouse Case | TIMCAST

The #FightBack Foundation is still trying to steal it, but they seem unlikely to succeed given that their claim is so tenuous.

Funny when all their previous accusations are proven false all they have left is calling Kyle a white supremacist for shooting white thugs. It gets funnier every day.

Yea, man, and Colorado and Utah "send" their water to Arizona. They are very generous folk. You should thank them for sending you all that water.

Did you figure out that he killed white guys, not black guys, yet?

Lake Powell is really low. We wouldn't mind keeping it.

1: OK sign is not a white supremacist sign. You're being trolled by 4chan idiots.
2: Considering he was helping and offering help to anyone that needed medical assistance going to be awfully hard to prove he just went there to provoke BLM protestors.
3: You're just pissed that someone dared protect the businesses that BLM rioters were trying to burn down.

I don't live in Arizona I'm just pointing out Arizona is required to not take or hold the water so it can pass to California and the Californians get to bottle and sell it and pass the rest in to the sea and complain about drought conditions they cause.
Its simply a fact, no need to get all offended.

Sure, and I am simply pointing out the fact that no State can prevent a river from running to the next State, and nor can you pollute it and let the crap flow to the next State. Its simply a fact, no need to get all offended.

I'm sure white supremacists believe it's OK to make a white supremacist sign like the one the guy is making. But the rest of us don't.

OK, oops. That must be racist too. The redefinition of reality by the left is deleterious to the countries health but hey, you need to find a way to call people that are not racist white supremacists because you really have nothing else.

Except only California gets to bottle and sell that river to nestle. They then pass the rest in to the sea instead of using it and then bitch about droughts and wildfires and demand money and sympathy for a problem they caused directly.

Another thing prosecution did was lie about not knowing who jump kick man was. They asked him to testify and he said he would if he got immunity so they decided to tell the court and the defense they didn't know who he was.

This trial is very public and with the motion to dismiss other lawyers postulate that the judge wants to wait for the jury decision and if it is not guilty then he won't have to address the motion but the question what he will do if the verdict is guilty is up in the air. The prosecution literally violated the defendants constitutional rights, hid evidence, and lied in court.

That is a faulty generalization. I assure you I am not a white supremacist and I don't think of the OK gesture to mean anything but OK. Now, I do realize there seems to be some sort of movement to change it, but that doesn't affect me. Ultimately, people will see what they want to see in any gesture or symbol. If you want to see racism, that is what you will see. I just do my best to treat everybody the same and try to ignore those pushing an agenda.

He is using it to try and bolster the unfounded accusation that Rittenhouse is a racist.

Let's entertain your false accusation as if true. What does it have to do with anything? Certainly is irrelevant to the trial. Not sure why you are so desperate to falsely accuse someone of racist.

This reminds of the time the Jeopardy folks got their panties in a twist because a contestant held up three fingers. They were utterly convinced it was a white power hand-sign or some idiocy like that. That's exactly how asinine your post looks to rational folks.

What the hell are you trying to say? That it's ok to kill them if they were white guys?

Yeah! And doctors will tell you that an assault rifle works better than aspirin in case anybody gets a headache.

I keep wondering if you guys realize how ridiculous your defense of this white supremacist has become.

Well, I happen to think it was "OK" (in the sense that it was perfectly-lawful self defense) to kill them regardless of their skin color, but that's not what I'm "trying to say". You posted in this thread that Kyle had killed "black guys". It was an obvious error, which highlighted your own poor understanding of the basic facts of the case. I was wondering if you had corrected your misperception yet, or if you were still wallowing in that particular ignorance.

Let's face it, Rittenhouse was in WAY over his head. No matter what the outcome of the trial is, it is a perfect example of why people should engage in vigilantism.
He heard a shot, saw someone close moving his direction, and reacted, shooting and killing someone. He wasn't prepared for the situation he placed himself in.
The police should discourage this type of behavior. Yes, and the looting, property damage, etc also. It's ALL bad.

You do know that Kyle wasn't the only one carrying a gun and offering medical help right?

And I'm not defending a white supremacist. You have no evidence that he is one. Except your imagination. And that wouldn't pass even the smell test in a court room. Much less reality.

Rosenbaum had his hand on the gun when he was killed. You need to go watch the trial not cnn.
