https://www.insider.com/violent-cri...on't,for over a year across the United States. https://www.bbc.com/news/57581270 Well it has and it has not. while violent crime is up murders rapes etc and there are a lot more smash and grabs going on these days its not the big increase as dox often claims . crime has been going down from the 90s a lot . However this de fund the cops crap and the hostility that some have toward the police mainly from the liberal side has to stop before we do see major increases . I think we are just seeing the tip of a trend and hopefully it will shut itself down.
This sort of thing has me pretty concerned: https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/oct/06/black-women-girls-murder-rate-us Some pundits like Ann Coulter blame, "buys large mansions" for an extra some 3,000 black US citizens getting murdered, including some 500 women. This is over the usual number of thousands of murdered black US citizens.
I am aware of black on black crime but that want in the link . If you think that black on black crime is the main factor them please add a link . I was just mainly talking about if the de fund moment is affecting crime or not , not if one race of people were the problem .
All women are subject to being a victim of crime not just black women , criminals view women as weak , my woman had a guy try to get in her care in a black neighborhood , he got a wake up call as she carry's a HK 9 mm compact.
The article is about violence on Black Women. The article completely negates that black women are mostly subjected to violence by black men and instead talks about how police interactions make black women afraid of police. Seems like Black women should be more afraid of black men than police. Solving a problem is always about getting to the true root of the problem.
I'd add that the defund part is only part of the issue. Allegedly, George Soros and his like are involved in US elections, including particularly in the topic, DAs that are choosing not to prosecute "low level" crime. This aids in creating a permissive environment in which violent crime is more, not less, likely. Example to review: https://nypost.com/2021/12/16/how-george-soros-funded-progressive-das-behind-us-crime-surge/
you have people like George on both sides , some are trying to influence election or social issue by favors etc. With our present system we always will.
It is a tragedy that so many young black men and women are killed each year. If we had an easy answer we would have stopped it long ago, but there aren’t any easy answers. I believe it’s largely a result of moral decline and the destruction of family values in the U.S.
I voted no. There has not been a wide spread defunding of the police. It's was a good idea for some areas but a failed movement none the less. The movement was never really about getting rid of police but rather moving some police funds to other areas like education.
We have three basic types of serious crime uptrends: 1 - We have homeless doing crazy unpredictable stuff. 2 - We have a group killing each other and anything else that gets in its way. 3 - We have cartel hits, mostly drug violence that may or may not be cartel, but they are targeted. 1: tighten up the border and return to lawful immigration. 2: Stop letting felons out of prison early. Stop plea bargaining murder down to manslaughter. 3: get serious about the drug war. We are losing.
And I'd want to know about what both sides are funded by who. I will concede it will not always matter. If George funded me saying he hopes to destroy the US, and once elected, I do things that make the US stronger, freer and wealthier, we can assume things. George wants to destroy the US. He is funding soft on crime candidates who are then soft on crime so another question below... Can we make predictions about soft on crime vs. hard on crime regarding the impact on crime rates from either? I predict soft on crime will produce more crime and vice versa. Confounding factors make finding a conclusion difficult. Yes, Soros funded soft on crime prosecutors appear to be having a harmful impact. But this is also during the Covid crisis, lock downs, financial hardships and more. I agree about your point about the breakdown of the family. I know my Korea era combat marine dad had more power to keep me in check than did my 5'2" stay at home mom.
The traditional nuclear family has always been the basic social unit upon which our country was. Government cannot replace the contributions of an involved dad, and an involved mom.
So taking funds for Training and overtime will help stop crime and it wasnt about transfer of money thats a excuse
That never happened in a wide spread across the country. Just in a few places. So to answer your question, no. Hell, funding even increased in some areas.
Mike tyson is in a bar and gets made at another patron well I have been waiting for you to tell me what those options were , are you going to tell us all or just keep that all balled up inside your self and let then fester and rot ?
