I wouldn’t call it pence either. I would say Fauci is more to blame for that. But the actual mandates came from localities. Wether it be the board of education to cities to counties, to state governors.

however, there most definitely was senators that pushed mask mandates as well. Politically and actually enforced them and enacted them at the capital and Nancy was one of them.

 

Fact is that Trump appointed Pence and Fauci to come up with all this. And so pin the blame on others ... like Biden, who played no roll at all... it total utter nonsense. The mandates were not pushed by Pence. They had a suggestion list and states enforced it. Biden never ended that topic either, in fact he strengthened it and his DOJ helped states defend their mandates. He also tried to force vaccine mandates. Pence was a suggestion, Biden is a dictator

I never heard Pence say that he "lost" as the head of his own taskforce. And I didn't say Pence forced anything, but it remains HIS taskforce that pushed the idea that masks were necessary, and states only complied with the version of reality of HIS taskforce. Biden played no roll in it.

As for "dictator". It wasn't Biden who tried to overturn the election results. The GOP tried that.
