How would you know though? How do you know the person called out in this case isn't attracted to males only?

You're only serving to support my point. Surely any person who is actually "ogling" any children should be cause for concern for that reason. But again, the "ogling" here wasn't apparently the primary issue, only that someone perceived to be male being in the changing room. I don't pretend to know but it wouldn't surprise me if the entire "ogling little girls" aspect was an invention of the woman complaining when her "It's a man!" complaint didn't get her what she wanted (rightly or not).

You also didn't address my other question, whether you believe if the person had answered "no" to the "do you have a penis?" question, everything would have been resolved?

Except it seems the conduct cited was calling a man pretending to be a woman a man.
They've offered no other specific conduct or incidents.

 

They gyms I go to, they have staff of either sex. Females clean the women's during use, males clean the mens during use, and they cooperate to clean after hours.
That way no one needs to worry about a random staff member of the opposite sex in their locker room.

 

I have been in locker rooms with females cleaning, there is a sign, and they knock too before entering.

 

When the male staffer is out, they close the locker room for 10 minutes while they clean.
LA Fitness, a large chain, does not have opposite sex staffers actively cleaning while patrons are changing or showering.

 

Planet fitness has. It is not a big thing.

 

So how does one put on or take off a swimsuit without being naked? Why should women be forced to undress in front of men or be banned?

 

Transgenders of any and all descriptions should not be allowed to interact with children and that includes videos.

 

The OP said they were going to the bathroom. There is no need to remove a bathing suit outside of a stall if that was the case.

Oftentimes these events from both sides can be identified as fraudulent because of details like this. It was the same with the MAGA arson that was done by the owner as well as Smolet (or how ever you spell his name).

I think the locker room issue is very complicated. Most trans people are attracted to the gender they transition away from so this “man” is likely attracted to men. Would you feel more confident with them in the mens locker room? That said unless they have fully transitioned I do not think they should be in the opposite sexes locker room as long as they are gendered. Private stalls are the best idea imo

 

So you would like to see a blanket ban of trans people being able to even be around children?

How do you feel about priests and cis hetero men which all offend at much greater rates than people that have transitioned? Hell the entire church seems to be structured to groom children in one way or another.

How did they get the suit on in the first place? I have daughters and now a 6 month granddaughter. It is not reasonable to force women to share a locker room with bio males.

I agree with single occupancy stalls, but real estate and construction is expensive. It is reasonable for the majority to pay that much more to accommodate 1 or 2 people?

I thing those changing their gender need to be the ones making tough choices.

 

I am not saying that young children do not get naked in locker rooms but there was a specific remark made by the claimant that they were using the bathroom. That she also said her political ideology makes this suspect. I also don’t believe a company would have such a strong response simply because she asked a single question — not saying that I know it wouldn’t happen as people are crazy but it seems a tad excessive.

The story just doesn’t add up.

Trans people already are making pretty hard decisions; surgery and insane amounts of medication. So you would feel more comfortable for the individual referenced in the OP to be in the mens changing room with boys?

There are other cases where bio males were in a womans locker room. Your question on removing a swimsuit outside of a stall is irrelevant. Since there is no way to remove a swimsuit without getting naked, there should not be any bio males in the womens locker room. Why do people swim and work out at the YMCA and not Equinox? Its cheap! What happens when they are faced with the expense of building private changing rooms? What happens when women no longer wish to expose their children to penises in the locker room?

I just can't find a single benefit.

Here’s the deal. Anytime a liberal is offended the entire worlds stops dead in its tracks, there are protests, words are banned, movies are edited, and cancellations are made.
