The NFL has no other choice--hire more black coaches..

If white coaches like Kyle Shanahan and Matt LaFleur are crying out and calling for racial equality here, it shows the NFL has a problem.

The NFL can't give up on this.

How about Asian coaches?

If this "color" crap keeps up, one day there will be a "white" league. When a black does well he's a genius and gets promoted, when he does poorly, then misses a promotion, or gets fired, it's discrimination. This has to stop.

 

Optics......I don't like racebaiting stuff either, but a league that is played by 70% black people, it should have black coaches as well. They are a lot of black coaches who are qualified than some white coaches, that is the reality.

The goal is to win games. If that means more black players than white players -- so be it. If that means more white coaches than black coaches -- so be it. There is a large difference between being a great player and a being a great coach. Two totally different talents. Pro football is a business, so let the owners run it the way they wish. Just like you would want to run your own business. Personally I don't care what color occupies any spot, I just want to enjoy a nice competitive game.

 

For the two coaches you're talking about to show that they mean what they say they need to resign so they can make a position for black people if they don't they don't care they're just virtue signaling.
