    I hope this case makes it on CourtTV either way, but that will certainly be a day to be watching... Hope it's one of his female attorney's for the extra wimp factor...

    Actually, I might update point 3 to say that there may be some serious criminal acts in response. It sounds like there are calls for violence on various Trump cult sites, and Jan 6 showed that these people can be pretty nasty when they get fired up.

    its a mixed bag-of course its a political stunt by a POS scumbag DA. But Trump is a big mouthed braggart and it is obvious to me he thinks he is more important than the good of the country and the good of the party that nominated him. In some ways if he is prevented from Running again, that would be a win win because Biden is the most incompetent turd I have seen since Jimmy Carter.

    Sadly it wouldn't be the "perfect" trial with Trump taking the stand, any defense lawyer with half a brain would quit first.

    Trump the "innocent" tried to settle with AG Tish James on the 250 million civil charges with no success.
    I wouldn't be at all surprised if Trump the "innocent" tries to get a plea deal.
    Of course no jail time ever and if anyone can see Trump doing community service, please raise your hand.

    We don't know how many counts he was indicted on and what degrees the felonies are.
    CNN's reporting of "30" is stunning.
    That's like a Manafort indictment.
    Supposedly he's going to NYC beginning of the week, says his latest, Joe Tacopina.
    I can see him holed up at Mar a Lago.
    Tonight DeSantis said he won't extradite him.
