I figure if you can't speak for yourself, then I'd rather speak directly with the person you want to speak for you.

Here's a funny hit from Captain Schizo..

    Wednesday (GJ on "break")
"I HAVE GAINED SUCH RESPECT FOR THIS GRAND JURY, & PERHAPS EVEN THE GRAND JURY SYSTEM AS A WHOLE."
"EVIDENCE IS SO OVERWHELMING" in his favor that "THAT THE GRAND JURY IS SAYING, HOLD ON."

    Thursday
"These Thugs and Radical Left Monsters have just INDICATED the 45th President of the United States of America,"
"THE USA IS NOW A THIRD WORLD NATION, A NATION IN SERIOUS DECLINE. SO SAD!"

What could have possibly happened between Wed and Thurs???

It's not conspiracy did you not watch the testimony and read the emails and again if the government is using a proxy to engage in it's censoring of opposition speech how does that pass the 1st Amendment test?

Well, I'll READ about it, but I'm not WATCHING it....

Where does denial fall on the depression scale when pops is indicated?

Doesn't seem like everybody formerly associated with that criminal organization is all that upset today

Me>> Clinton lied about his granting special favor and rewards to subordinate women employees so he could procured sexual acts from them. He sexually assaulted several who resisted and one filed a federal civil rights lawsuit. That is where he committed his felonies to which he copped a plea .
Why do you try to marginalize it? Which is the higher crime that which Clinton was found guilty by a judge and pled to in the criminal side or what Trump is alleged?

Was Stormy a subordinate federal employee who Clinton was trading special treatment and rewards for sex during working hours? Was Trump testifying before a federal court in a federal civil rights lawsuit.

Why do you keep throwing out that the sex with Lewinsky was consensual when that had nothing to do with for what he was being sued or for what he was found in contempt of court, paying a $90,000 fine, and plea bargain multiple felonies?

    Why does that matter?

Of the sex? Is sex with a subordinate federal employee on the job legal and within federal work rules. Is creating a hostile environment by using your authority as the boss in rewarding employees for sex in a federal workplace legal and with federal workplace rules?

Is it legal for a boss who is being sued for sexual harassment in the workplace to lie about any sexual conduct with other employees and any rewards, favors or special treatment he gave to those who succumbed to his offers or demands or do the federal rules of evidence REQUIRE them to give such testimony if the defendant questions them about such behavior?

Clinton was found guilty in court of the perjury and obstruction of justice and witness tampering he paid a $90,000 fine for it and then accepted a plea bargain for the felony charges as he left office.

So this entire Trump is the first president to ever face charges is a specious nonsense. Clinton simply had no defense, he was guilty and wasn't about to go into a courtroom so he copped the plea.

    He
He only plead to avoid the legal fees and distraction, just like every MAGA guilty plea. He didn’t mean it and was railroaded by the deep state.
    See how stupid that sounds?

Hopefully one of Trump's advisors made him a countdown clock to keep an eye on.

Trump should look at his first arraignment as a cupcake "dry run" considering the hush-money charges may pale in comparison to what's on his horizion.

No truer and scarier words for Trump.

"Haberman explained that she doesn't know what the fallout is going to be politically, but that this is the first time that she can think of where he can't control a situation."

Penned by the ****ing idiot who sent the lying sleazebag Robert Costello to the Grand Jury to take down Michael Cohen and believed it worked,

Has anyone told Trump to get a doctor's note for a Tuesday postponement?

Seriously, it takes very little to convince most people that Michael Cohen is a sketchy character.

But I have 2 words for anybody who thinks he's too damaged to be a witness here.....Salvatore Gravano....

The plan is working as designed... Mango is shooting up in the polls vs Meatball since the announcement (that's REAL fast polling, BTW)

    https://news.yahoo.com/trump-indictment-poll-surges-lead-desantis-151150006.html

So far, so good... now we just have to ensure he's found not guilty after the primary.. that'll be the final nail in his coffin....

    Yep!
He was a bullying, sleazebag, lying little shithead full of himself until he wasn't.
Since flipping Cohen has stayed the course and without him there would be no Trump indictment.
He came with documents, electronic exchanges and audio tapes etc,
The DOJ and NY prosecutors had/have collaborating evidence and witnesses to fill in any gaps.

Curious if the canceled checks for $35,000 each (12 total) signed by Trump, Allen and Junior or Eric will count as 12 charges?

Trump's not gathering new voters, it's the same crew that fluctuates between Imbecile & Idiot.

imo: Trump will never go to trial and start filing motions and appeals from the get-go, delay and delay some more all the while trying to get a plea deal, you know the "plea deal" he said he's never do.

For starters Tapioca will probably file an appeal to get the indictment dismissed and or charges reduced.

Seems a little silly to charge each check as a separate charge... it's all the same thing... it's not like they'll find him guilty of 7 checks and not guilty of 5...

Have you heard of this story? Seems Trump wasn't the only election fraud game in town on Friday (although this is Federal)

Looks like Ricky Vaughn is heading back to the Penal League...

If true that he got hit with 30-34 counts, that's a lot so I thought maybe 11 of them were for checks?
Stay tuned to Tuesday, if he appears that is.

    Never heard of him.
I'd like to know why it took almost 7 yrs.

He also should have been charged with a "hate crime".

"According to the Department of Justice (DOJ), in November 2016, Mackey — who had tweeted about limiting the amount of "black turnout" in the election — posted a photo of a Black woman in front of an "African Americans for Hillary" sign that read "Avoid the Line. Vote from Home," "Text 'Hillary' to 59925." On or around election day in 2016, at least 4,900 telephone numbers texted "Hillary" to the 59925 text number, the DOJ said.'

The right wings dangerous rhetoric on the heels of this news wont sway an independent voter imo. That's been the problem all along and if anything this just makes MORE independent run away from Trump

The usual reason for a change of venue is to move the trial to a place where fewer potential jurors have heard of the defendant/case.

    https://www.yahoo.com/news/trumps-legal-team-may-ask-190706633.html

Staten Island far enough away? LOL

Maybe in a monestery in the western Gobi Desert, you might find somebody who doesn't know the defendant in this case...

But he'll be starting off this case like every other case he's involved in... 0-1

Funny how republicans conveniently forget Trump tried to pressure Ukraine into investigating a political opponent.
