So your answer is that you don't. Which means you just respond according to your political faith regardless of what the other person says.

Duly noted so I don't waste my time taking your posts seriously.

I'm actually very happy this is happening, but not for any of the reasons you are.

I don't think anything happens to Trump, it galvanizes his base, and it opens the door for it being widely acceptable to weaponize government against Democrats, and to arrest them for even the smallest infractions. We're in new territory here... but I think it's looking bright. At the end of the day, people will vote with their wallets. Democrats haven't provided the financial benefits they've promised (paid off student loans, free healthcare, freebees, etc.). What people DO realize though, is that inflation, the cost of gas, and general overall malaise has presided over this presidency... and bad. You can only sugar-coat it for so long before things get so bad that you can no longer pretend to blame the previous person.

I'm actually thrilled this is happening. I was hoping maybe you were one of the more educated Democrats on this forum, but this comment here makes me realize that you're more zealous than you are coherent.

"...a good a start in holding Trump responsible for ALL his crimes... why not?"

That you're still talking about Russia collusion... wow... just wow.

Justice Dept. said to have more evidence of possible Trump obstruction at Mar-a-Lago

Justice Department and FBI investigators have amassed fresh evidence pointing to possible obstruction by former president Donald Trump in the investigation into top-secret documents found at his Mar-a-Lago home, according to people familiar with the matter.

The additional evidence comes as investigators have used emails and text messages from a former Trump aide to help understand key moments last year, said the people, who like others interviewed for this article spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing criminal investigation.

The new details highlight the degree to which special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the potential mishandling of hundreds of classified national security papers at Trump’s Florida home and private club has come to focus on the obstruction elements of the case — whether the former president took or directed actions to impede government efforts to collect all the sensitive records.

The clock is ticking on Smith's indictment of Individual 1.

It is not healthy to allow what is happening to politicians to determine ones emotional state.

I did laugh when a group of people holding signs saying "Not above the law" was J-walking and disturbing the peace with a bullhorn.

I couldn't care less if it galvanizes his base. If that's the price we pay for upholding the rule of law, that's the price.

Great! According to your logic, that would galvanize the Democrats' base. A win-win

And you obviously believe we should not be talking about the immoral things a candidate for President has been proven to have done, right?

Just like any other Trump loyalist would.

You said he has been proven guilty of crimes. One can be proven guilty only in a court case. Other than that, proof, as in your case, is only in the mind of the beholder.

Wrong! You are proven guilty by facts. Presenting them to a court is needed to convict. But it's the evidence that proves you are guilty. Not the building in which they are shown.

FACTS overwhelmingly demonstrate that Trump is a criminal. Whether a court determines that what he did is punishable or not is up to the court. But the facts are the facts regardless.
