    Oh really?...

"Through a process known as adverse possession, squatters in California can gain legal rights to vacant properties. These rights, collectively referred to as “squatter's rights,” allow the illegal occupant to take legal ownership of the property without purchasing it."

https://propertyclub.nyc/article/sq...s known as,the property without purchasing it.

    Conservatives didn't pass that law.

It isn't Conservatives who are pushing for gun confiscation.

    Don't even go there...lol

Why why copy such nonsense? If you disagree with it, why not condemn it here?

from a Democrat news source..............."They are believed to have defecated in one of the bathrooms after breaching the Capitol before 'tracking' their excrement in multiple hallways in the building." https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-9126409/MAGA-mob-rioters-smeared-POO-Capitol.html

doesn't sound to me like defecating all over the place. Who confirmed the brown footprints were crap? Oh my, rioters took a dump in a bathroom....stop the presses

when will the nonsense from Democrat voters stop ?

I'm glad that you understand. Do you recall the guy pooping on a cop car during Occupy Wall St? No big deal but, poop on a rainbow flag and it's a hate crime??????

The same DA that wanted to sentence a dude to 15 years for triple murder? That DA?

Do you have a link? And DAs don't decide sentencing. Judges do. They can only make recommendations.

Which the right apparently only points out when they wish to emulate it. In other words, hypocrisy squared.

sounds like a sexual perversion in public, probably needs to be on the list if found guilty

Hmm... well public defacation is and should be a crime. And its accurate to presume he hates the gay pride flag. But isn't 'hate crime' supposed to include an element of violence? This is just a more lewd form of flag burning. Flag burning isn't a hate crime, so why would this be a hate crime?

You made a comment about how "righties" don't support property rights. You certainly didn't try to balance that comment by also suggesting that lefties don't, and yet now somehow you're offended because I brought it up? It doesn't make much sense.

And for reference, you're referring to "one" individual here, not much of a population to extrapolate from, but super collio on your part for trying to suggest one guy represents the entire culture. Nice. Let's use your standard then. I like it. LOL

Because lefties say it is a hate crime of course. Because purity is their only standard in dealing with their protected groups....It is pretty funny when you think about it.

Because the first half of what you said is topical and the second isn't?

I'm not offended. I'm just trying to address the topic.

There are many other examples. But the standard you are presenting is one that the right uses on trans people. Of course you like it.

This seems like one of the least unusual things that would happen there.

Again, for New York that seems like a routine thing. I've been there several times in my life, I've seen fake homeless people, singing beggars on the subways, random people asking strangers about the secret of life, people having conversations with inanimate objects and even the concrete road itself so this doesn't sound that bad.

NYC is full of surprises. Yesterday the mayor was out on the street begging people to apply for the 20,000 open city jobs they can’t fill. The day before he was giving out Apple air tags for people ro put in their cars because something like 4500 were stolen. I grew up a mile from NYC and now I’m glad I’m 2000 miles away from it.

Why? Did you read the article? The flag was a Gay Pride flag. Burning and defiling the US flag is ok, but not the Pride flag.

LOL. Yeah, if you do this to a gay pride flag you're in trouble and guilty of a hate crime so make sure you just do it to the American flag, where the left won't do anything to you.

Modern is just giving us a logical perspective on this and he’s right. Your point is well taken in that the left has to make a decision; is it ok to defile a flag, or in some cases the ’but that’s different’ rule applies with them making that decision.

Freedom of speech is a funny thing sometimes. Public indecency if they are charging people for that now. It seems they haven't done much of that in the past. You are free to hate or make fun of people in this country as long as you don't hurt anyone. I haven't seen any evidence that anyone was hurt.

Their property was damaged and their establishment was vandalized. This has nothing to do with "freedom of speech." He'd be free to perform this speech with his own property in his own home. He chose another path. You aren't free to damage property or commit vandalism in this country as long as you don't hurt anyone. Let me guess. There will be no actual response to this and just another whataboutism in 3 . . . 2 . . .
