Sorry my friend, on planet earth where I live, media is not a legal system.

If you can show me a US court which says 2020 election was rigged we may have something to talk about. Linking media , Facebook, twitter , you-tube mean nothing to people who lives on Plant earth.

The SCOTUS is a US Court.

    The Inconvenient Truth:

"It remains true, however, that flagrant examples of such fraud in other parts of the country have been documented throughout this Nation’s history by respected historians and journalists,[Footnote 11] that occasional examples have surfaced in recent years,[Footnote 12] and that Indiana’s own experience with fraudulent voting in the 2003 Democratic primary for East Chicago Mayor[Footnote 13]—though perpetrated using absentee ballots and not in-person fraud—demonstrate that not only is the risk of voter fraud real but that it could affect the outcome of a close election."
    Crawford v. Marion County Election Bd., 553 U.S. 181 (2008) (emphasis mine)

"Plant earth"? Don't you Zombies live in the nether world? ;-)

But, seriously, the RP needs to do more to get Republican Zombies to the polls. And they are apparently working on that! :)

So, why would anyone who trusts courts pretend that elections in the US are free and fair or that ballots are not cast for the dead?

The Inconvenient Truth: By now everyone knows that America is notorious for election fraud and election rigging, especially the partisans who like the result of a rigged election.

Alas, like so many you have been disinformed.
    I blame the schools.

“Since the country's colonial days, concerns of voter fraud have inspired ever-more complicated ways to cast one's ballot. Depending on where you live, you may vote tomorrow with a lever, a punch card, a marker or a touchscreen. As election scholar Andrew Gumbel notes, the U.S. has been both a "living experiment in the expansion of democratic rights" and a "world-class laboratory for vote suppression and election-stealing techniques.”
TIME MAGAZINE, A BRIEF HISTORY OF, Ballots in America, By M.J. Stephey Monday, Nov. 03, 2008. (emphasis mine)

Conspiratorial thinking meets epistemic, existential, and social needs. It provides clarity in uncertain times and connection with an in-group of like-minded people. Both conspiratorial thinking and paranoid delusions involve an unjust, persistent, and sometimes bizarre conviction. Unlike conspiracy theorists, people with a paranoid delusion are almost always the only target of the presumed conspiracy, and they usually stand alone in their conviction. Furthermore, conspiracy theories are not based as much on unusual experiences of their inner self, reality, or interpersonal contacts. CONCLUSIONS Conspirational thinking is common in uncertain circumstances. It gives grip, certainty, moral superiority and social support. Extreme conspirational thinking seems to fit current psychiatric definitions of paranoid delusions, but there are also important differences. To make a distinction with regard to conspiratorial thinking, deepening of conventional definitions of delusions is required. Instead of the strong focus on the erroneous content of delusions, more attention should be given to the underlying idiosyncratic, changed way of experiencing reality.

Paranoia and belief in conspiracy theories both involve suspiciousness about the intentions of others but have rarely been studied together. In three studies, one with a mainly student sample (N = 496) and two with more representative UK population samples (N = 1,519, N = 638) we compared single and two-factor models of paranoia and conspiracy theories as well as associations between both belief systems and other psychological constructs. A model with two correlated factors was the best fit in all studies. Both belief systems were associated with poor locus of control (belief in powerful others and chance) and loneliness. Paranoid beliefs were specifically associated with negative self-esteem and, in two studies, insecure attachment; conspiracy theories were associated with positive self-esteem in the two larger studies and narcissistic personality traits in the final study. Conspiracist thinking but not paranoia was associated with poor performance on the Cognitive Reflection Task (poor analytical thinking). The findings suggest that paranoia and belief in conspiracy theories are distinct but correlated belief systems with both common and specific psychological components.

Why conspiracy theorists are not always paranoid: Conspiracy theories and paranoia form separate factors with distinct psychological predictors. — Department of Psychiatry (ox.ac.uk)

Kennedy can climb stairs, speak in complete sentence, tell the difference between his wife and his sister, doesn't shake hands with imaginary people and doesn't need the easter Bunny to guide him through public appearances. He'll win the Dem nomination in a walk (which he can do and Biden can't).

Joe Biden couldn’t climb stairs, speak in complete sentences, tell the difference between his wife and his sister, didn’t shake hands with imaginary people, Yet he defeated Trump by 7 million vote and sent Trump back to wherever Trump came from.

Joe Biden wouldn’t have any problem defeating Kennedy.

Have you notice only people in this forum who think Kennedy will win Democratic nominee are Republicans? Not a single Democrat in this forum support Kennedy. I know it is a very small sample “poll” but it says something.

But more importantly it says GOP fear Joe Biden so much that they are rooting for Kennedy. It reminds me Trump feared Joe Biden so much that he was impeached for using US aid to Ukraine for political purpose.

There you go again dismissing the journalists at Time Magazine as psychotics. :)

“***This is the inside story of the conspiracy*** to save the 2020 election, based on access to the group’s inner workings, never-before-seen documents and interviews with dozens of those involved from across the political spectrum. It is the story of an unprecedented, creative and determined campaign whose success also reveals how close the nation came to disaster. “Every attempt to interfere with the proper outcome of the election was defeated,” says Ian Bassin, co-founder of Protect Democracy, a nonpartisan rule-of-law advocacy group. “But it’s massively important for the country to understand that it didn’t happen accidentally. The system didn’t work magically. Democracy is not self-executing.”

Most of the personal attacks on Biden are as unfair as those directed at Trump. If Russia is pushed out of Ukraine under Biden's watch, IMO, he should, and probably will be re-elected.
That said, RFK Jr. is a very attractive candidate. His announcement speech was substantive and his proposals for real progressive reform will be very attractive to voters right now.

I don’t have time for Strawman BS about Time f%%5 magazine or Political fu$$$ online blog or some f%%% book a professor wrote.

Here are people who were in charge of law and order in this country during 2020 Election and this is what they have to say. None of them are deep state liberal. They are life long republican hand picked by Trump

“I told him that the stuff that his people were shoveling out to the public was bullsh-t — I mean, that the claims of fraud were bullsh-t. And, you know, he was indignant about that.” Bill Barr, AG of USA in 2020

“Now, we have not seen, historically, any kind of coordinated national voter fraud effort in a major election, whether it’s by mail or otherwise,” FBI Director Christopher Wray

All votes in the Unites States of America are counted in the United States of America. Period,” “There’s no evidence that any machine that I’m aware of has been manipulated by a foreign power,” “The American people should have 100% confidence in their vote.” Chris Krebs, the former director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency

Amazing huh? 7 million... yeah... no reason to suspect any fraud at all... nothing to see here... move along...
So is your prediction of future elections based on Tarot Cards? Tea Leaves> Crystal Ball? Can you send us some winning lottery numbers?
Fearing Joe Biden is like fearing someone in a coma. His HANDLERS, however, hiding in the shadows... ARE worth fearing.
Trump has never been CONVICTED of any crime. He gets accused of all sorts of things by crazy wokists... but not a CONVICTION anywhere.

I don't see how Ukraine is relevant to anything. It was part of the USR for decades and no one cares. It has nothing at all relevant to US National Security. I really don't see why anyone cares about it.... except for the billions of tax dollars being spent and the ar stocks being wasted so we won't have them in the coming conflict with China.
