I haven't followed the US aggression against Iran and Afghanistan. I only know that Afghan goat herders used hoes to drive the NATO contingent out of Avganistan. What the experts said about it I don't know.

Sure .. and Adolf was nothing beyond rounding folks up in cattle cars and sending them to the gas chambers. What a joke of a post. .There was no "Opting to require" for some employers Your desperate apology for Nazi Totalitarian is noted .. suppose we should not be surprised for those on the "Orc Orc" cheer team.

Jab or lose Job is forced medical treatment -- and would be the case even if some employer opted for it. The fact of the matter is that some employers did not have a choice. "Comrade" LOL how very authoritarian of you to wish to give the Gov't the power to mess with essential liberty of its own volition .. and how Anti American this hatred of the founding principle - disdain for the Constitutional Republic.

Comparing compulsory vaccination to the Holocaust.

This is de rigeur for the Republican Party now. A grotesque insult to victims of the Shoah, and a disgusting minimization of Nazi genocide in the 1930's.

Is any more evidence needed to show how today's GOP has lost its moral bearings and intellectual depth? Fratboy trolling rather than measured argument informed by study.

As for calling down the Founding Fathers, are there no Republicans any more who have read Thomas Paine, the man who lit the touch paper of the American Revolution and the first ever thinker in the world (in the 1790s) to outlaw the concept of a government funded Welfare State consistent with property rights?

Every proprietor, therefore, of cultivated lands, owes to the community ground-rent (for I know of no better term to express the idea) for the land which he holds; and it is from this ground-rent that the fund proposed in this plan is to issue.

Seems you are describing your self .. blaming Russia for what ever you percieve to be wrong .. now projecting this paranoid perspective onto others.

"Respect" - Says the fellow who has no respect for Essential liberty - except for things he agrees with .. which by definition is Tyrannical Authoritarianism.. with a collectivist twist in this case.

you have no respect for bodily autonomy .. giving other people with "different points of view the respect they deserve" - the anti Jabbers in this case. This is hypocrisy - and illogical web of confused and contradictory Ideology. Followed up by trying to tar others with your failings as the wokesters are so won't to do when they are not gaslighting.

You mistake the making fun of a moronic analogy which was "a disgusting minimization of Nazi " Atrocity and Policy. for disgusting minimization of Nazi Atrocity and Policy .. which is exactly what the Poster was doing .. and the Biden Blue Clown Car in general .. and I supposed we call this confused post of yours "Fratboy trolling rather than measured argument informed by Study"

You also managed to fit in some Ad Hom Fallacy in addition to your strawman fallacy My arguments against Republicans are far better than yours .. Lets get at least that much clear other than your Stellar CLINO credentials a gross insult to CL = Classical Liberalism

You hate the founding principle .. have no respect for essential liberty .. sans that which you agree with .. hate Classical Liberalism and Republicanism equally in this respect .. dismissing gross violation of bodily autonomy "Forced Medical Treatment" - Loss of income and livelyhood .. a disgusting minimization of the things that NAZI's did ... putting a Yellow Start on the "Unclean Dissenters" labeling demonizing and persecuting this group of unclean dissenters..... and then you try to tar me with that stank brush .. No thank you por favor.

And how are they learning this? Russia is learning the hard way that it is a paper tiger with quite limited resources and NATO is resolved to see it beaten here.

You do realize this is the same guy that said that because of neoconservatives within the Trump Administration, and our continued conflicts In Syria and Iran, this will threaten war between the US and Russia. These were unfounded claims and not to be confused with opposition to Trump policies in Syria and Iran. And the same goes for this "prediction." This is in far, left field, no pun intended, that it is highly dubious and more along the lines of wishful thinking.

Right now, NATO is united against Russia when it invaded Ukraine. There is also consensus not to directly engage Russia militarily among all NATO members, including Turkey. NATO has also expanded allowing Finland and Sweeden to Join. And Norway, Sweeden, and Finland have signed a joint military pact and have conducted joint military exercises in a show of force. Having NATO on its northeastern flank, along with the Baltic States, is not something Russia wants nor can defend against.

This thread reminds me of Hitler, in the Bunker in April 1945, clinging to the hope that FDR's death would somehow unravel the Allied coalition against him.

NATO is already at war with Russia. Who finances Ukraine? Who supplies weapons and ammunition for Ukraine? Who provides intelligence for Ukraine? Who is planning military operations against the Russians? (For example, yesterday in the Ukrainian city of Dnepropetrovsk, the Russians destroyed a command post where many officers from NATO countries were killed. According to Turkish intelligence, helicopters were transporting dead and wounded NATO officers to Poland and Romania all day.) ...etc.
So leave the illusion - direct war between NATO and Russia is inevitable. And most likely the war will be nuclear.
Remember how it all started - NATO yelled that they would only supply non-military assistance to Ukraine, then they yelled that they would only supply small arms, then only ammunition, then Patriot, then tanks, now cluster bombs .... Be sure - NATO will supply and planes (already now they are training Ukrainian pilots).
In general, as you can see for yourself, the escalation is only growing. And the collision is inevitable.

No, Nem, they join for the umbrella of protection that The United States provides. Most don't plan on getting involved if someone else is attacked.

Most don't even pay their fair share. They aren't interested in being protector, only the protected.

No they are not. There is no official declaration of war and Article 5 has not been voted on. They are simply a proxy in which they are providing military equipment to Ukraine. And the only one who is planning active military operations is Ukraine. Finally, NATO never said nonmilitary assistance only. They are providing both, military and nonmilitary assistance.

I wonder why you all refer to Article 5 of the NATO Charter on collective defense?
For some reason, you are sure that if, for example, Poland enters into a conflict with Russia, then the entire NATO alliance will start a war with Russia? That's not so. Have you read the NATO Charter?
Article 5 of the NATO Charter states -
"The Parties agree that an armed attack on one or more of them in Europe or North America should be considered as an attack on them all, and, consequently, they agree that if such an armed attack occurs, each of them in the exercise of the right to individual or collective self-defense recognized by Article 51 of the Charter of the United Nations Of the United Nations, will provide assistance to the Party or Parties subjected to such an attack, immediately taking, individually and jointly with other Parties, such actions as it deems necessary, including the use of armed force, to restore and maintain security in the North Atlantic region."

NATO countries can, for example, express concern, send a couple of crates of stew, write an angry article in their media... etc.
Do you understand the difference between PR and reality?
The article on NATO's collective security is an empty place.

Article Five is the article in which NATO "goes to war." All members must agree to such a vote, And it disproves your claim to the nth degree.

Seven members are at full 2% now and I suspect others will get there soon. Regardless, who pays what doesn't matter much. They are all signed up for Article 5 solidarity; that's why they joined.

I'm wondering what you will say when the Russians return their rightful lands of the Baltic states. (the Russians bought these territories from the Swedes)
The Baltic States are a member of NATO. According to your supposedly "logic", NATO countries should start a nuclear war?
The fifth article and all that....What will you do?

Confused post? Mine? You should re-read this drivel. Is it written in some sort of secret language? Or is it from a poorly functioning Wagner bot? Or are you Donald Trump and I claim my prize?

Here's a helpful comment. A sentence in English has a subject a verb and usually an object. Try writing sentences. It makes things easier to understand. If you do this 90% of the time the other stuff can break the rules. That's how it works.

Of course writing sentences correctly may get you kicked out of the MAGA club, if that's a club you are in. You might be accused of being in the global liberal elite. But I can tell very little from what you write.
