to having a rally the very day democracy wojld be confirmed
to instigating a riot on January 6th
to stealing classified USA owned documents
to ruining 2 poll workers lives with insane accusations

and to stop the rant ..91 criminals charges

The writers of our Constitution never envisioned a President like Donald Trump, a President who boldly led an insurrection attempt, has been criminally indicted four times. and who is now the leading Republican candidate for President in 2024.

Consequently, the qualifications to become President in the Constitution are brief and innocently simple.

In order to become President, an individual must be a natural-born citizen of the United States, be at least 35 years of age, and have lived in the country for at least 14 years. In addition, the presidential oath of office must be administered before they take office.

Obviously, if a person is 34 years old, it does not take a judge to determine the person is ineligible to run for President. The fact that our Constitution says the person is ineligible is sufficient.

The Fourteenth Amendment added another qualification to become President. It has as much force as the original qualifications.

Fourteenth Amendment, Section 3:

"No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability."

"New Hampshire Secretary of State David Scanlan, a Republican, said earlier this week that he asked the state’s attorney general to examine the matter and advise him on the “provision’s potential applicability to the upcoming presidential election cycle.” The attorney general’s office said it was “carefully reviewing the legal issues.

"And Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, a Democrat, said last week in an interview with MSNBC she would consult with her fellow election officials in other key states and that they will “likely need to act in concert, if we act at all” regarding the constitutional challenges, which she predicted will ultimately be settled “in the courts.”

for 5 years it was a steady stream of trumps insanity..if trump was not in the headlines for one day
the very next day he would do or say something insane to get the attention he so much needs

I am pretty sure Trump had no policies that you objected to when he was President. So far I haven't found ANYBODY who suffered any ill effects from his policies and most benefitted.
