    Background checks have already been held to be constitutional. As have bans on certain types and devices.

    So expanding those will not be unconstitutional especially when boomers are no longer the voting majority.

    who is saying that? Oh I know-to the gun banners-the only thing that should be done is banning guns and hoping that will deter someone who obviously isn't worried about the sentences that he will get (if he survives) for mass murder. Gun banners don't think punishing people for murder or armed citizens or the cops shooting in defense is DOING SOMETHING. All that matters is banning guns?
