Why does Trump poll higher than all other Republicans still?

Can you answer who coordinated with Saudis to implement a massive decrease in production at the end of his term?

That would have been trump. Once demand started raising then prices skyrocketed because supply was no longer there.

Just in case you missed the news though — US oil production is the highest it has ever been. And that occurred under Biden

Anyone trying to act like global oil markets and the supply and demand of a multi-trillion dollar transfer of 4.39 billion metric tons in 2022 alone is as simple as basic math doesn’t understand the topic.

BS. They were innocent. And rape isn't punishable by execution.
You don't even know this trump narcissist. HE took out a full page ad to call for the execution of innocent teens. Because they were NOT WHITE.

You are justifying racism. Because you want that racist to be president again.

The sentencing between white and black offenders was never equal. Black sentencing was nearly double white offenders.
Especially for minor offenses like drug possession.
Systemic racism was rampant. Your generation was big on systemic racism.

You are full of lies on this, aren't you. People believing in RW conspiracy theories is why trump polls so high. He gets all the fools to join his membership.

Link showing the parents of the teens thought they were guilty. Come on, put your money where your keyboard is. Prove to be credit worthy.

And none belonged to any of the teens. I bet you still think they are guilty. Because they are not white.
This is why covert systemic racism exists today. Guilty by color.

The Progressive anti-American ideology needs to be defeated. Admittedly most of the fight against progressives will have to come from society itself regarding culture but the government can do certain things. The Federal Government can do the following:

    Secure the border
Remove DEI from all government agencies
    Scale back "green energy" policies
Stop paying off peoples student loans with my tax dollars
Appoint more judges to serve as an additional roadblock to progressive ideology being implemented in various aspects

The failure of Republicans to be worth a damn and secure Congress is going to hurt the chances of fixing a laundry list of other things but if we can deal with the things I mentioned I'll take it. The Federal Government can't directly fight progressives that's a cultural fight but what it can do is stop appealing to them giving more legitimacy to their ideology.

Honestly, I think it is mostly about "owning the libs." Liberals don't like Trump, therefore the far right will like and support Trump no matter what he does. Yes, it really does seem that dumb.

RFK is an intriguing candidate with viewpoints that range everywhere from far-Left to far-Right, depending on the issue. As a result, I've been supportive of him about half the time....

But beyond all that, I'm discouraged about the chances of any Third-Party candidate if only because of the disappointing failure of Ross Perot (the most successful Third-Party candidate since WWII at least). Unfortunately, his best result was in 1992, while so many of us were sick of "Daddy" Bush's lies and hypocrisy... still in all, Ross Perot scored 18.91% of the popular vote -- but with ZERO electoral college votes. See the dilemma?

At least as interesting as RFK is a "moderate Democrat" (if there really is such a thing) -- Joe Manchin. Although he's already 76 years old, he has a clear, common-sense-oriented mind and he hasn't demonstrated any of Joe Biden's symptoms of being a 'rubber-stamp' stooge for the dominent, America-hating, 'woke' faction of the Democrat Party.

When the OP figures out why Trump is leading Biden, they'll have the answer to their question.
I've had the same thoughts, but then I remember that Perot was actually leading some of the polls before he withdrew and endorsed Clinton.

    [IMG]https://www.nytimes.com › 1992 › 06 › 11 › us › the-1992-campaign-on-the-trail-poll-gives-perot-a-clear-lead.html
THE 1992 CAMPAIGN: On the Trail; POLL GIVES PEROT A CLEAR LEAD

'Jun 11, 1992In the telephone poll of 815 registered voters nationwide, conducted June 4 to 8,
    • Mr. Perot was supported by 39 percent,
    • Mr. Bush by 31 percent, and
    • Mr. Clinton by 25 percent. The poll had a...'
After he withdrew and endorsed Clinton, Clinton took the lead and stayed ahead through the election. When Bush started to get momentum, Perot jumped back in, but, never regained the strength he had before he withdrew. Many wondered if he didn't withdraw because he was frightened of the idea that he might actually win, when his goal was the defeat of Bush. The point is, Perot didn't carry any states, perhaps not because a 3rd party can't, but because he withdrew and reentered.
I don't think RFK is a 'moderate', he's just a Liberal Kennedy Democrat, that responds to facts and reason. I view him as far more committed to real Liberalism than Bribed Joe.
I like the idea of Joe Manchin and what he could be, but find what he actually is, is pretty disappointing, but, again, unless you live in one of the 8 toss up states, the outcome is probably determined before you ever vote, so, with these two top flight additional choices in Manchin and RFK, I think this would be a great election for the folks in the other 42 States to vote for who we would actually like to see as President.

I'm a big fan of trying different things when the normal approach isn't producing the results we like. It's an opportunity to learn more about ourselves.

I consider myself fairly progressive — I want my taxpayer dollars to go to other Americans to improve their lives. Things such as healthcare and education as I know they are extremely important to the future of this nation.

I consider someone wanting to have their taxes going to benefit the nation to be extremely patriotic which seems to be the exact opposite of what Republicans believe which is “I got mine, go **** yourself” (unless they are farmers, military personnel or the super wealthy)

So you want judges with an agenda, eliminating an industry that is going to dominate the future while other nations are investing heavily in (thus leaving the country at a disadvantage), and sticking the bill for our future generations where they cannot afford homes while other countries invest heavily in education.

I do agree we need to secure the border but neither side seems serious about that and it ignores the fact that over half of all illegal immigration is visa overstays so at this point “secure the border” is nothing more than partisan politics for votes.

A lot of it simply couldn't be matched with the technology of the day. But again the key point is that they confessed in the presence of their parents and their lawyers, No torture no rubber hoses.

Nonsense, Again they were in the vicinity had been running around going crazy with a bunch of other teens and somebody snitched on them or the police would have never found them. No I think they were guilty because the confessed in the presence of their parents and attorneys which doesn't doesn't happen unless those lawyers and parents thing the evidence they've been shown is pretty damn good.

The first one to confess did so without parents or lawyers, after hours of interrogation, and the DNA evidence exonerated them. And you conveniently forget that someone ELSE, this time an adult with counsel, confessed to the rape.

It's not about holding a sentiment of "I got mine so go pound sand" but rather "I got mine now you go get yours" and "I'm not paying for your poor life choices". Now granted a lot of this isn't the kids fault, this country has pounded it into your head from day one that basically if you don't have a college degree you will fail as an adult. I heard it all growing up as well and I believed it so I get that part but that's a different topic. But nobody paid for my college, I did, and I don't want to pay for yours. I am willing to have a discussion about taxpayer funded higher education for industries that we actually need, or at least some sort of subsidies.

I don't want to eliminate the research into renewable energies nor prevent the adaptation of it. I want to stop any sort of regulations that will degrade America's industrial and economic power now for the sake of saving the planet in the future. None of this "lead the way America" stuff, for example if limiting fracking or industrial coal plants in America will put us at a disadvantage on the world stage now then I don't support it. I don't mind the government offering up tax benefits for those who purchase electric cars or put solar panels on their homes or anything. I mind government regulations that say people or corporations MUST adopt green energy policies that are negatively effecting American industries.

You are correct nobody seems serious about securing the border and I'm not exactly holding my breath that Trump will magically do it if he is elected again. But what I do know is that Biden will 100% NOT do it no matter what. I don't know what percentage chance I have at Trump securing the border but at least I know it's greater than the 0% chance I have with Biden in Office.

That is a legitimate answer. And a big part of the problem is people like you who don't see it as legitimate.

The difference is the cost of education has risen at a much higher rate than that of wage increases so it’s not really saying you expect others to be able to do what you have done but rather they are expected to do vastly more with debatably lower returns as well. When an entire generation has basically become renters they are making choices that are reverberating across the nation. Especially with child birth rates.

I don’t agree the federal government should impose such restrictions but if the individual states choose to do so that should be up to them.

The off chance of securing the border isn’t worth the guaranteed price of forcing teenagers and women having to flee states to abort a non-viable fetus under threat of arrest.

It isn’t worth a president having to manipulate financial markets for personal gain causing guaranteed inflationary pressures or on outright recession later on.

Not to mention having a president retweeting that the only good democrat is a dead one or that his supporters should assault others because they disagree with policy — that destroys the very fabric of rational and good faith discourse.

And that IS a "I got mine so go pound sand" attitude.

You got yours by mortgaging the future of later generations. It is exactly how out of control capitalism is killing the planet. The bottom line TODAY (I got mine) ignores the cost that will be incurred 50 to 100 years from now (go pound sand kids and grandkids)

The "I got mine now you go get yours" attitude is unrealistic. It assumes that the the situation to "get yours" in the future will be the same as the situation to "get yours" was for prior generations. It isn't and it won't be.

When our parents were "getting theirs" in the years right after WWII the top marginal tax rate was over 90%. That stopped the "trickle up" wealth we see today. In the years after WWII the top 0.1% of the wealth holders held about 10% of the wealth? Today that same 0.1% holds over 20% of the wealth. Where did they get that extra 10%? From the middle to lower wealth holders.

OK this is no answer to the question of why Trump is polling so high:

    upload_2023-12-17_16-41-23.png

    It's simply a denial.

Coerced into a confession. Systemic racism did those things.

    It's an answer.

I'll make it more simple for you.

Trump is polling high because he's telling his base what they want to hear. What they want to hear is not based in reality nor does Trump care if it is.

So Trump tells people what they want to hear, even if it's not based on reality! My god no other politician has thought to do that! He's an original!

Why wouldn't Trump be leading all his GOP opponents, when he is also leading all his Democrat and 3rd Party opponents?

Figure out why Trump is leading EVERYONE and you have your answer as to why Trump is leading SOME of his opponents.

Can Bribed Joe Gaslight Voters Into Like Bidenomics That They Detest?

Gee, what a question to ask! How come no one the Left wonders what they can do to actually improve the economy? How come it's always about messaging and never about actual performance?

Bribed Joe's 'approval rating is stuck below 40%; no president has won a second term from so perilous a starting point.'

Taking the short stairs these day so that he doesn't fall any more in the public eye.

Wages lag inflation so families struggle to make ends meet.

Bribed Joe was planning on just lying about Bidenomics until voters changed their minds but 'surveys showed that mentioning it made voters grouchier.' Yeah, after awhile that finally got through even Biden's confused skull.

If Biden was leading Trump, I don't think you would care why Trump is leading not only all his 3rd party rivals, and Democrat rivals, but even Republican rivals.

    upload_2023-12-17_17-53-15.png
Trump's leading everyone. Kamalalalala, Haley the Neocon Warmonger Princess, Bribed Joe, Michelle Obama, Greasy Gavin and so on. You name them, and Trump's whippin' them.

And check out the Trump Top to the Stock Market since Trump became favored to win. Things are getting exciting out there! Consider this nice Stock Market as an advance peak in to the roaring good times we are going to see of Peace and Prosperity in a Trumpian Second term.

According to all the polls, Trump is the one most republicans want for their nominee.

    https://www.realclearpolitics.com/e..._republican_presidential_nomination-7548.html

Why? I fail to understand why. Regardless, I accept it as fact. If I were a republican, the last thing I’d want is a egotistical, 7 time party switcher with no political philosophy of his own, who has adopted the political ideology of which ever party he belonged to at the time. One who acts like a spoiled 4-year-old brat with his name calling and throwing of temper tantrums along with his 3rd grade schoolyard bullying tactics. But for some reason, this is who most republicans want to represent their party in the upcoming presidential election.

Perhaps Trump’s followers wish they too could still do the childish antics Trump does and bully others the way Trump does and gets away with.

Be that as it may, I also fail to understand why the democrats want as their nominee a candidate who is as disliked as much as Trump is by most Americans who don’t want him to be the next president either. All I can say is I must be missing something as the choices make no sense to me. Not if winning election is the prime motive and mission. Maybe making a statement is much more important. Could be.
