Don't know. There are many factors. The Russians are in no hurry. They benefit from prolonging the conflict. (if you have noticed, the Western media have begun to promote the idea of a truce, to prepare Ukrainians for concessions of territory..etc. But at the same time, Russians do not need contracts. Russian Foreign Ministry and even Putin personally declared that the special operation would end only when all the goals of the Russians were achieved)
Think for yourself - why should Russians rush? Why would the Russians lose people? Why strain the Russian economy? Why do it in a hurry? The financing of the Ukrainian fascists will end sooner or later, and therefore Ukraine will simply die like a beaten jackal. Ukraine lives exclusively at the expense of financial and technical injections from the United States and EU countries. There is nothing of its own in Ukraine. Stop financing and that's it - there won't even be anything to pay your salary with.
Why should Russians rush?
The United States and the EU VOLUNTARILY put a huge country on the neck of their taxpayers during the war - this is a complete ass for the economies of the United States and the EU.
The Russians have chosen a wise tactic. You can only say "Bravo!!!" for Russians.

They are admirable in their military and political decisions. It is an exquisite pleasure to follow the subtlety of Putin's political game.
You only see Ukraine. but look at the world in general - look at Russians in Africa, look at Russians in Syria, Libya, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia...etc. Look at the Russians in Latin America - it's top class! For gourmets!

Russians have a lot of good dishes. I have a Russian acquaintance who is fond of cooking. It is her hobby. She has many hobbies, but she loves cooking especially. She has a cooking website, where different culinary recipes (+ photos) are described in great detail and are easy to understand.
