Yeah. That's right. The way it's going to play out.
Option one.
1. The Russians will start to advance more actively in Ukraine.
2. NATO will provide not only airplanes, but also airfields in NATO countries for the war with the Russians.
3. Russians will naturally think that NATO countries have entered the war. (Agree that this is natural. If from the territory of, for example, Mexico, Russian airplanes took off and bombed American cities, the Americans would quite legitimately perceive this as an attack on US territory. Wouldn't they?)
4. The Russians launch missile strikes on airfields of NATO countries.
5. A full-fledged World War III begins.

Option two.
1. The Russians clean up Ukraine completely.
2. The next country is thrown into the clash with the Russians. (Most likely it will be Poland. Now there is an active training of militants, to the border with Belarus strike groups are pulling together...etc. The President of Belarus voiced where exactly the plan of sabotage against Belarus is being developed and called the name of the person responsible for the preparation of sabotage acts against Belarus).
3. Poland attacks Belarus (Western media start actively yelling about "bloody" Belarusian regime, preparing public opinion).
4. Russia has a treaty on mutual military response to any aggression against Russia and Belarus. Consequently, the Russians will provide military aid.
5. Western media will start screaming about "bloody" Russia.... And will start to drag the EU into a full-fledged war against the Russians.
6. Possible options
6.1.the USA sends the American contingent for war against Russians and receives in response a blow on the territory of the USA - the third world war begins.
6.2 The U.S. does not openly enter the war against Russia. Russians clean up Europe (as it has always been). Shortly before the war ended, in the EU, most likely the American media will start writing that the Europeans are to blame. They were the ones who provoked the Russians, they were the ones who blew up the gas pipelines, they were the ones who supported the Ukrainian, Polish, Finnish, Spanish...(substitute the right one) the fascists - will ally with the Russians and open a second front. Not because the US authorities have become good and fair, but simply because they will want to keep at least a part of Europe for themselves. Just as it was during the second world war.

Next, the US will reformat the economy, write off the foreign debt and start rebuilding at the expense of the controlled european countries.
But of course, we will have to forget about unconditional leadership the US. The dollar will also leave its position as the world's main currency.
I think that if we do survive, we will either return to gold in international settlements or create some kind of trade unit based on the currencies of major countries. But in any case, the dominance of one currency will disappear.
