But Colorado didn't wait for the due process. What if Texas decides Biden can be on the ballot? Better yet, what if Georgia decided that?

People keep saying due process is not necessary. That means we are no better than Putin.

 

So……after all this, the Orange Stain was found to have participated or supported an Insurrection and a panel of judges have disqualified him from being a candidate. All through due process and supported by existing law.

Listening to Colorado NPR, they just had a "Constitutional Scholar" on (missed his name sorry), he made some interesting points. The most interesting was that IF the U.S. Supreme Court agrees to hear tRaitor tRumps appeal AND rules against him their decision would take him off the ballot in ALL States, Districts and Territories.

The rational is that they would agree that he did foment an Insurrection, Rebellion or Gave Comfort or Aid to enemies of the Constitution while under oath to support and defend the Constitution, and therefore in accordance with the 14th - sec 3 Amendment be ineligible to run for any office.

tRaitor tRump and his lawyers must be very careful in deciding to challenge Colorado's ruling.
