    Thank you for the comment.
The OP has nothing but a negative outlook on any situation in the business world that fits the agenda the desire to formulate.
Even with no research about the situation.

Yes, if you are wealthy, things are good. Those Dems claim to care about the most are not doing so well. It is fair to criticize devout partisans as sheep-like, but Democrats would just be criticizing their own reflection.

    MAJOR BREAKING News...
I had never even heard of this phenomenon...
Computers? (*Rushes to Google to search "Computers"*)
As far as the actual topic (and the cratering of commercial real estate):
There are 2 Major strip malls in my town in which half of the storefronts are vacant.
Strip malls that just a couple of years ago were fully rented out to businesses.
Commercial real estate is defintely cratering.

interesting when the industry has unloaded lots of workers and prices have dropped. But, don't let a Democrat assertion get in the way of reality

The area has many industries and a retail giant...Even during 2008, the economy was much better than most nationwide.

And yet - the economy is doing well. You just trot out RW talking points without any backup. The economy is healthy.

Thanks to RW media bias. But if it keeps going well, they will change their minds. See the truth.

That scares Trump and MAGA. That’s why they are hoping for a recession before the election. They WANT America to fail, if it means they can grab power again. Sick.

I do not suckle from either of the partisan nipples, left or right. The truth is that government is never responsible for growth; only the degree in which growth is hindered.

Platitudes like "The economy is healthy." does not change the fact that those Dems claim to care the most about (Poor and low income) are worse off due to the high cost of living. Pointing out this fact does not make me a right winger.

RV’s and recreational boats are not luxury goods.

The yare expensive toys for middle class people.

RV sales skyrocket during Covid. Now, three years down the road, the novelty has worn off, resale values are collapsing and people are walking away from loans.

    Boats fare the same way.

These are outliers, and hardly indicative of the economy as a whole.

That is the right wing media drumbeat these days, dispite all the metrics to the contrary.

A lil ,more on that, I have two TV's, both have a frigging million movies and stuff to watch right out of the box! I have two Firetv sticks with 20 sideloaded cable cutter apks along with netfilx, Amazon prime, Paramont+ and access to 1000s of movies and live TV..

With that said, in todays entertainment world a person would have to literally look for propaganda/News/lies, seriously!

The commercial real estate market has been soft since Covid. Existing leases on buildings that are half full are coming due, and prices are falling and vacancies are growing.

In the retail sector, the slow death of box stores is also taking a toll. Strip centers don’t feel it as bad. But the giant plazas ringed by box stores and Malls are taking a beating.

Who cares how many Fire sticks you have.

If Fox Noise and Newsmax are what you think are news, then you’re looking for propoganda (same is true of MSNBC).

And we all know the right wing penchant for validation over information.

    Even Fox knows it.

Which is why it paid /4 of a billion dollars and admitted that they lie regularly as not to offend the pre conceived notions of their audience.

All over this forum, and others like it, right wings repost the most sketchy and ludicrous content from right wing political activists, disc jockeys and guys sitting in basements. Nearly all of it is fake.

And yet, the audience goes back or more.

Just as the right wing audience drifted back to a “news” outlet that admitted that what they do is entertainment not information.

They don’t care if it’s true. They care if they hear what they want to hear. Fox knows that. So did Rush Limbaugh.

You miss the point, lemme simple it up. In today's world you got no one to blame for political anger but yourselves ;)

Pointing it out without backing it up with evidence does indeed make you sound like a Republican or a MAGA.
