Banks loaned Trump money and Trump paid those loans back in full. Who suffered any damages??? White collar crime is a serious thing in the financial capitol of the world ... their laws do not require a direct victim other than the State of NY.

The State of NY is not a victim either. They suffered no damages from Trump securing loans and paying them off per the loan terms.

The laws were put in place because of past actions from others who HAD lied on financials in order to defraud. Law is the law.

Dude - I'm no great fan of Biden - but I've lived under far worse economic conditions than the last three years. Biden has been an adequate
President - more for the people he has hired than anything great he himself has done.

Economic? How about his failure of the border causing a crisis in more than a few cities? Or his foreign policies possibly inciting Russian aggression?

Or his divisive "maga conservative" narratives? Hyper focusing in on identity groups?

Biden and the DNC have been a disaster in every ******n metric.

 

Wouldn't bring up the border problems. A bipartisan plan was created and Trump et al quashed it purely for political reasons. They have done their part in obstructing any progress or getting stuff done.
