2 he did not deny a jury trial. Trump didn’t ask for one.

3 he did not “decide” the property was worth 18 million. He referenced the assessment at that value, but did not determine that was the value of the property.

4 Mar a Lago has legal restrictions on use that other properties in the area don’t. Those restrictions severely restrict its value.

The most recent bare properties on that street go for 150 million an acre.
Their are no restrictions on that property and you couldn't name them if you had too.

1 you have not presented evidence of corruption. You may believe Engoron was wrong, but that in itself was not evidence of corruption.

2 I am correct. Trump did NOT ask for a jury trial. If you can show that he DID ask for a jury trial - in any way - go ahead and prove it. You can’t. Because he never asked for one.

3 you are wrong again. Engoron did not determine the value of MaL to be 18 million. It was one of several figures he quoted, but he never determined that was the market value. If you say otherwise, quote the part of the judgment where he determined that as the market value.

4 I’m correct again and you are wrong. You do not address the fact that there are restrictive covenants on the land that affect its value. Covenants by which the other properties that you consider as comparable are not bound.

This judgment is legally sound. This is not Democrat corruption. It is trump being held accountable for his fraudulent business practices.
