I've already said I usually discount most of the things Trump says most of the time. The exceptions are those rare occasions when he actually starts talking about policy details instead propagating conspiracy theories of engaging in self aggrandizement. But your article seems to indicate that even with the war going on around them, the power plant itself remains under Ukrainian control. The Russians and Ukrainians probably have some kind of understanding that destroying the largest nuclear power plant in Europe is not in anybody's best interest, but if Ukraine's military is now in retreat with the Russians in pursuit, anything could happen.
