The limits on leftist thought is astounding to me they all must be boomers or older because they're transfixed on the television as though that was a reliable source of news.

Nobody but people 70 years or older watch Fox.

I've seen him give the speech. He really did that. It turned into a riot because Cheney and her ilk incited it so they could have their false flag. No Ray Epps et. al. no riot.
Protesting the apparent stolen 2020 election is not an insurrection. It is protected free speech. Period.

More conspiracy theories. Democrats are winning the elections because Trump and his MAGA puppets are idiots. Your the ones that voted for him in the Primary. Haley would have beaten Joe Biden by 10 points. Now you got your idiot in there, and it will be close (although 2020 wasn't close),

Posts like that have uncanny familiar tone and leftist style. If not for the avatar one would think it be a cookie cutter view of a few others that dwell here..

If Haley beat Biden by 10 points, you would be pissed.

The problem is to most Americans with the exception of the very partisan anti-Trump democrats, 1-6 is now ancient history. Most Americans have short memories. Most aren’t political junkies either. Even when the hearings were taking place, not many Americans were paying attention to them. What they were paying attention to was the rising cost of living and to many, the lowering of their living standards. Many now yearn for the time when they were better off under Trump than Biden. Most today say Trump would be better at handling the economy, rising prices, inflation, crime and immigration than Biden. Most aren’t about to read Liz Cheney’s book. They probably don’t know who Liz Cheney is or was.

To many, Trump looks a lot better today than he did back in 2020. Biden looks a lot worse. You can see this in Biden’s overall job approval along with his very low approval on most issues.

This is probably why Trump has led Biden in the polls since September of last year. It’s not that all of a sudden, they come like Trump. Most Americans still don’t. But today, it seems they dislike Biden a bit more than Trump. 1-6 or not, when a lot of Americans feel their lives were better, that they were better off under Trump than they are under Biden, 1-6 being ancient history doesn’t matter much today.

18 of the 20 poorest states have been red for decades.

They don't go bankrupt because the blue states subsidize them to the tune of billions of dollars.

16 of the 20 richest are blue.

If you add up the wealth of all the counties in the country that voted for Biden, you get 70% of GDP.

85% of all jobs created in the last 35 years have been created by Democratic presidents.

The country's last three economic crises occurred while a Republican POTUS was in office.

    Who are the idiots again?

fair but my stance is i will never trust what that committee came up with. Every single member was anti trump. The democrats and the only republicans on committee were fierce anti trumpers before investigation begun. Their storytelling of the events will undoubtedly have facts but omit some facts and without a doubt be biased. Why couldn’t they have someone like jim jordan on commitee or some we know was on trump’s side? This is problem in today’s politics, they are all corrupt and liz Cheney is not immune.

Good that you had faith on our jan 6 conmittee but i don’t. It was comprised of mostly democrats and two vocal anti trumper republicsns. why? Why wasn’t it 50/50 democrat/rep and included members in right who weren’t already trump haters? Much of what they did was persecute trump rather than doing real fact finding.

No doubt of what you read has a lot of facts but what about omission of facts which may paint a slightly different picture and opinions based on biases from a person who clearly has been strongly against trump?

Let’s not forget the bogus impeachement and russia collusion, both politically motivated. Sorry but i never believe in jan 6 committee. Fact that adam schiff was in it, says a lot.

now. On trump and jan 6. You claim he lost in court but what you fail to elaborate on is that many courts simply failed to take on the case on standing, they didn’t even want to get involved. This is different.

trump never ordered the riot and accusations that he let it progress without doing anything are really a stretch. He wouldn’t have accomplished anything by tweeting ‘stop’ this is laughable. Those idiots would’ve continued no matter what. Trump did offer help, if it was delayed, fine but his detractors will always see it in worst possible way.

i think trump was just irresponsible by making a speech, listing like 50 fraud claims and treating pence like sht. This is where it ends for me. The rest is the leftist and anti trumper spin.

In Congress, Liz Cheney voted in favor of Trump's policies 95% of the time.

When Trump's lawyers went to court, they had no evidence to claim that the election had been rigged.

The cases were dismissed before they even got to court.

This happened 59 times out of 60.

You haven't read the book or the conclusions of the 1/6 Commission.

The people living on past glories. And all those red state were blue until fairly recently. And most contain at least a few blue cities. Those republicans dealt with situations created by Democrat policies and are generally only partially successful putting an end to those policies. Governments only create government jobs and most of those are counter productive today. Entrepreneurs create jobs that actually benefit the world and the people.

    Not true.

California ranks 27th out of 52 in terms of poverty rate.

You have no idea what's in this book and your opinion is based solely on your political bias.

Once you've read it, you'll have enough credibility to talk about it.

why would i want to read a partisan sham committee comprised of mostly democrats and 2 vocal republican trump haters? All of these hacks voted to impeach trump for a phone call to ukraine where even ukraine PM claimed there was no quid pro quo. Unbelievable really, to thwart will of millions of voters and impeach for a phone call where they were trying to decode what trump ‘really meant’. These people have 0 credibility and whole committe a sham the day they came up with such a group of partisan hacks.

i put as much credibility into this committee as i do russia collusion dellusion where we wasted tax dollars on a partisan witch hunt based on misinformation.

Would you put credibility into a committe investsugating biden comprised of lauren boebert, margerie taylor greene and other extremists and biden haters? I wouldn’t and im on the right

liz cheaney is a trump hater and her accounts undoubtedly paint trump in worst possible way even if she appears to be objective. I give her book as much credibility as i would steve bannon writing a book accusing biden of wrongdoings.

I know exactly what's in it because I know who contributed to it. I also read about and we argued about the various 'facts' almost daily for the entire time the committee was in session. My memory isn't what it was 20 years ago when I could sing almost every beatles song from memory, most of Kingston Trio, PPM, some Nat King Cole and a lot of church hymns probably more than 250 plus some unpublished stuff of my own but it is still above average for my age. So no point to rereading the lies half truths and complete fabrications.
